The slimy Sri Lanka government will make every possible effort to wriggle out of its commitments as usual, by thinking up all kinds of excuses. It will be more of the same and this government will leave office without fulfilling any of its undertakings. Then the next government will do a repeat performance and the cycle will go on until all the victims and their surviving relatives are dead and gone. Most of the suspects will also be dead by then.

India, Sri Lanka Bangladesh and Indian Ocean rim countries should submit a resolution at UNHRC against UK and US to enable return of the displaced people of Chagos Islands who were evicted from this British Indian Ocean territory so that US could build the massive and human rights violating Diego garcia military base in the Indian ocean not far from Lanka.

UNHRC is a massive and expensive waste of time and a distraction from the lack of Economic Rights and Justice and the corruption racket by politicians that is at the root of conflict in Sri Lanka.

Civil society is also wasting time on this UNHRC ritual rather than working against corruption and land grabbing and ocean resources grabbing by global and local networks of corruption.

At one point, whole UN was struggling because USA was not providing money.. UNHCR is political organization. Srilanka can not quit, I suppose, they became beggars for everything. Besides signed agreements even with the DEVIl.

Going on the offensive against countries that are genuinely concerned about abuse of power will be counter productive. The facts are all in the public domain supported by photographic evidence that have been confirmed to be genuine
Accept the facts and take the responsibilities for the actions of the state against its’ own people .Give assurances that such abuse of power will not occur in Sri Lanka in the future .
Let UNHCR take action against all other non state organisations that were involved in the conflict

Sri lanka should cancel any American or Chinese military entry into Sri lanka these conspiracy carry out by European, American and Canadian through UN is to force Sri lanka give up their sovereignty and military deal which is part of Western Christian fundamentalists and American/European Jewish military expansion to Indian ocean and eventually eradicate Singhalese Buddhist majority with support of Tamil and Some Muslim extremists
Regarding Muslim, Western spies and Western Jews have had long connection to Muslim Extremist around the world.
This connection goes back to British colony.
Hiring Muslim extremists have many goals. For example Syria, long term goal is convert Muslim into Christianity which is part of break up plan. First, they order ISIS to kill Muslim in order to get Muslim hate Islam and convert into Christian. British and others like Portuguese practice against other religion as well. Sri lanka and India one good Example.
And one of other main benefits is selling weapons to Islamic and non Islamic countries. for example, India, Saudis and other gulf states. Islamists extremist is trillion dollar asset

Finally, Sri lanka can do business with any countries as long as those countries do not export crook & criminals into Sri lanka or establish military espionage

I know well that American Jews were Behind Ranil to get him to give Hambonthota To Chinese. This is part of American Jewish trick to get India not to oppose American military entry into Sri lanka

      Estate Laborer,

      Yes.

Isn’t that great that God has put life limits on the war criminals, other criminals and victims, so that in time they all die?

In the Kattandudy Mosque massacre, where the LTTE killed hundreds of worshippers, got away with it, unless some of the criminals were killed or captured by the end of the war.

Looks like some crazy white guy has gunned down 49 worshippers at a Mosques was e in New Zealand, LTTE style, yesterday. Did this white guy learn from LTTE? Just curious.

He was not alone he was directed. but real story never will come out unless those independent thinking European and American public come up with idea of establishing independent intelligent agency to monitor Jewish groups 24 hours of the day all across the globe.

But when some American public started to investigate 9/11, Jewish group put them down successfully because Jews bribed politician and got them to ban an independent police investigation into Jews who danced on Brookline bridge after 9/11 attack.
though Jews who directed 9/11 were on the hand New York police, but politician immediately ordered the police to release them to Israel to cover up the case.
It is same with Anthrax case. Anthrax was produced and mailed to public by US Jew who had been working in US military lab. His whole goal according US news was to put the blame on Arab Muslim and trigger anti-Muslim riot across North America and Europe.
However, when FBI located the man and were reading to arrest him, other Jews spies intercepted FBI communication system and immediately they killed him before FBI come and arrest him and avoided story coming into the public.

The human rights endgame in Sri Lanka is setting up a US military base. That is why US citizen Gotabaya Rajapaksa who had command responsibility for crimes is free as a bird!
Sri lanka should take the UK to the UNHRC for human rights violation in the Chagos Islands whose people were displaced to build a US military base. Last month the UN’s highest court, the International court of justice ruled that UK must return the Chagos Islands to Mauritius “branding its occupation of the Indian Ocean archipelago illegal. UK and US gased the dogs on the island and deported the Chagossians.
The islands, which are home to US military base Diego Garcia, were separated from the former British territory of Mauritius during decolonization in 1968. The international Court of Justice (ICJ) has ruled that act was illegal under international law.
For years, the US base has been vital to the military, serving as a landing spot for bombers that fly missions across Asia, including over the South China Sea. The UN ruling raises questions about its future.

yes indeed. NPC, CPA, ICES, Madam Nimalka Fernando and Colombo NGOs should organize protests outside UK and US embassies in Colombo and take up the Rights of displaced and poverty stricken Chagos Islanders and Indian Ocean communities to their lands and ocean resources that are now used and over fished by EU colonial powers.

Civil society in Lanka should stop turning a blind eye to our neighbours, Chagos Island people’s struggles and broaden Human Rights work and look beyond the shores of Sri Lanka to neigbbouring counties , particularly and the rights of Indian Ocean Communities

The US has more than 80 military bases all over the world, and is the biggest exporter of weapons in the world – selling 57% of arms, which is more than the rest of all the other arms exporting States in the world.
        Do a google search dude!
Russia and UK sell around 9% of weapons each in the global arms trade. Check out the newest SIPRI -Stockholm Peace Institute report on global arms trade.
US is a danger to the. rest of the world and is militarizing the Indian Ocean in order to grab its resources too with the CITES Conference or Washington Convention on Trade in Endangered Species which is really to promote private property rights in the global commons to promote US corporate Land, ocean and mineral resrouces grabbing.

What is the link Dodo between Chagos Islands and Sri Lanka? The fact that the UK has violated rights does not mean Sri Lanka can kill civilians.

” I pretend like beating you up. You pretend like crying. ” This is why the Trio staged a Play of Coup. The “நாம் மூவர்” (Nakesh Movie) actors did it so well. So UNHRC has given Oscar for it by this resolution.

It’s hilarious, how the rupee is at an all time low, the shares are at a 5 year low, and this is the 3rd UN resolution on Sri Lanka, and the Sri Lankan govt (both factions – Sirisena / Rajapakses and Wickremesinghe) thinks it is beating the International Community and Tamils.

Talk about frogs in a well. In a democracy, people truly deserve their leaders.

Sri lanka should give what every Srilankan woman in the middle east to the International community and ask to leave Sri lanka alone. Them Tamils go back to their motherland, Muslims go back to Saudi Arabia. those who can not live with Sinhala buddhists. Sinhala people repair those Tanks, grow rice. As coconuts are not there, they will rice and Mallum.

The reason for Jim Softy’s jumbled up typing is that he is typing with one finger while holding his willi with the other hand. At this age in his life he finds motor coordination ( body coordination, the interactions between human muscular, skeletal and nervous systems.) virtually impossible.

Tamils are a victim here but Tamil cause is to exploit Srilankan natural resources. The answer is DEFEAT the politicians and political parties that Support these overtures. I don’t like the UNP national govt as well as most in the SLPP.. Just Srilankan Speaker tried to become the President, in Venezuela also the Speaker was appointed the president.

Mangala Samaraweera unilaterally decided to co-sponsor the October 2015 resolution without getting the approval from the Cabinet and President. This is a violation of the Constitution. No other country in this world that has self-respect would have done such a stupid thing.
    ———–
Foreign Ministry failed to use Lord Naseby’s Oct 2017 disclosure in Geneva and challenge the allegations fabricated by some western goons of killing 40,000 civilians.
    ————–
This time also the Government has instructed the Sri Lanka’s Permanent Representative in Geneva, Ambassador A.L.A. Azeez to sign the document without properly informing the Parliament and the President. He has signed the document even before the formal discussion on the UK prepared document took place. Did the UK Government that is doing donkey work for USA twisted the arm of Sri Lanka’s Foreign Minister? When this subject was raised in the Parliament, Kiriella kept on beating around the bush misleading the public.
    ———–
People in this country would like to know what the hell the two legged donkeys in the Foreign Ministry is doing. Are they fulfilling the wishes of the people or wishes of Western countries that work with a hidden agenda and ‘Koti Diaspora’ that is influencing those Western countries?

My friend, Sinhalese modya nation do not know nothing. I did not see one single Singhalese has an ability to recognise the global threat that Sri lanka is facing. All Sinhalese modyas knows is going after fake cardboard heroes who were processed by Western nations to fool Sinhalese Singhalese modyas.

Right now I have no any choice. This not my field of interest, but to write a military plan and put it into work.

Mannarama mass grave and War Crimes by SL Army
    ————-
What a great disappointment to ‘Koti Diaspora’, White Supremacists who paid visits (German Ambassador in Colombo, Joern Rohde, visited the site on November 27, 2018. The German Ambassador’s visit was followed by a British delegation on Dec 11, 2018 violating Diplomatic protocol), TNA, Channel 4 and NGOs funded by Western guys who were hoping that it will be the work of Sri Lankan Army.
    ———–
These mass killings have taken place when Portuguese and Dutch colonial ‘Awajathakayo’ controlled this area. Portuguese have a track record of massacring thousands of civilians. These Portuguese BPs massacred Muslim traders in the coastal area to eliminate competition for trade. So very likely this could be the work of Portuguese. There was a Portuguese butcher called Captain Asawedu who has behaved like a wild animal. Could be his work.
    ————
Even the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights has done a dumb thing by believing the lies propagated by the interested parties and mentioned about this in her report. It is high time that UNHRC double check the propaganda stories fabricated by anti-Sri Lanka groups.

Why do the retarded wolves howl in the absence of moon????? Why do the dogs chase shadows ???? War without casualty and evidence . Why send not one but two groups, when there is nothing to be told. Why visit countries begging to support. Why initiate a resolution in the first place , praising your own self ??? Muslims will return to Saudi, Tamils will return to Motherland and few others will return to asylum where they were born and raised.

One of the signatories is Northern Ireland.
Remember Northern Ireland Parliament MP, Ian Paisley Jr. He let it be known that he had the ears of the then British PM, David Cameron. The then GoSL invited Ian Jr. & family on all expense paid holidays, one was in March 2013 and another in July 2013. Ian did not declare the trips to the Northern Ireland Parliament. The willy Ian escaped impeachment by the skin of his teeth.
Remember at the November 2013CHOGM, David Cameron did what he did.
    .
In this hour of need, where art thou Ian Jr.?
Or did you support the government of Northern Ireland?

Another signatory to the resolution on reconciliation etc. is UK. A big noise in British Government is Liam Fox, an EU-skeptic, some say to satisfy his thirst for publicity. He is said to be in the inner-circle of the British PM, Theresa May.
Liam, at times with THAT Adam Werritty, has enjoyed holidaying in SL. Two were all expenses paid by the then GoSL and three paid by Sri Lankan Development Fund. Liam was late or did not declare these to the Members Register. Liam was censured.
Liam maintained that his visits were to promote reconciliation. My my foot!
    .
In this hour of need, Where art thou Liam?
Or did you, do you support the resolution submitted?

There is no point accusing other nations of doing worse or the same. We have to hold those responsible accountable, and bring justice to the hundreds of families, who still want closure. Why are we protecting those who were guilty of these terrible crimes? If we want to be accepted as a democracy, and keep benefitting from international aid, we have to act like a nation that does the right thing by it’s citizens, and act like a grown up, or we will continue to be looked upon like a rogue nation.

Accountability. Reconciliation, Transparency are frequent terms used by UN . Sri Lanka has its own delaying Tactics. It has more internal political problems. UN was deceived by that strategy. UN should force Sri lanka to accept international inquiry to investigate HR violations. What action is being taken to return all the lands to the owners ?

  • 2

Aiyo… another useless resolution. How many more resolutions are you going to make? Please give some strict warnings to have investigations and bring charges in our courts within a given deadline. Failing that the international community must step in. If this chain of making useless resolutions continues, even the great grand children of the victims will be dead and gone, and everybody will just forget about getting justice to the victims. We need some proper action NOW. Land issue will be automatically be solved when the army has no excuse to stay in the area. Already 10 years have passed. That’s half a generation.

Tamils must drop your hateful wish to get the Sinhalese stamped as genociders, and concentrate on getting justice for individual victims. Drop the war crime and genocide thing and go for murder and other usual categories of crimes. Because of the Tamils’ wishes to get a genocide conviction, the real victims are overlooked. The dead and their loved ones are tried to be used in a way to make a bigger case than it is, in the Tamils’ quest to get even with the Sinhalese. Take case by case and see what comes up. Maybe later on you can try for a genocide conviction. When everything is mixed up and muddled with everybody having their own private grudges and agendas, with corrupt politicians, military, NGOs and international geo-politics and what not, and into all that muddle, the Tamil national question is also tried squeezed in, the victims will never get justice. The killers and abusers will be the winners of all this.

Montenegro and North Macedonia are signatories. These people don’t even know where Sri Lanka is!
Its realpolitik. Obviously pressure and/or promises have been made. The hate-filled diaspora will get nowhere, but they will pass their hatred on to their innocent children. It’s the Tamil way.

these people live on bribe given by UK, Canada, US and Western Jewish congress and there is nothing for them to worry about Sri lanka, but when come to Palestine, they say that they support Palestine. otherwise, they know for sure Arab come and blow them up and there is no military solution for that. This reason why European, Canadian and Jews used “Sweet Knife” of passing more than 32 resolution in the UN against Israel to keep the Arabs “fool forever” Arab too do not have brain to figure out or question “why Tamil supporting nations love Palestine.
