Dear Dear Minister Sumanthiran, other opposition MP’s and other Lawsyers of Sri Lanka Bar Association, JSA members and Sri lanka Supreme Court.
Today the Head line news is there were gunfire aimed at the home of President BASL and MP MR. Wijedasa Rajapakse.
Although I highlighted the following points in my previous response, I again publish them to let you know that please do not ever trust the Rogue Rajapakse Regime to ever track those criminals who tried to harm you…….Where is the man behind all of these…famous GOTA…The culprit is missing and silent.
This is another Medamulana popular Muppet show drama….where the villain and the hero are same…visiting Colombo suburbs.
Infact the Covered Regime will definitely increase those types of violance in the near future not only against the Judiciary system…and the opposition and against the whole country and all opposition that they feel as a challenge to their sordid rule.
Therefore The wrath on Judiciary is one of the last hurdles the Govt. plan to jump over for them the achieve a lasting Dictatorial rule……and not only you, but all patriotic, democracy, justice and freedom loving Sri Lankans, organisations and the Diaspora should unite to stop this march. The Govt. CJ impeachment win is a big Jackpot for MARA and we see all the propaganda they use both locally and International to justify their sordid ambition….and I hope you all are aware of.
But due to God’s presence…even the Nature has delayed Govt.greedy ambition.
Also please note that MARA/ GOTA combination do not hoot two cents to kill any threat and treat even the educated and respectable citizens to a level of dogs when it comes to their power grab.
Therefore I give below some security measures for you and all the citizens to follow purely for self defense and for security purpose.
First of all I say Don’t rely on GOSL. to help you to find the source or find the culprits behind the Vhite van murderers. Infact it the the Govt. backed by defense minister who carry out these operations. So it is like asking thief’s mother about the thief or the robbery. (Horage ammagen pena ahanawa wage)
1) Inform UN, EU, USA, UK and Asian Judiciary services on this incident and also talk to Foreign Diplomatic Community of the current situation.
2)Adopt more security and defensive measures and be more vigilant of the surrounding.
3)Intelligence gathering on these white van personnel and to educate public on the white van abductors with information and photograph gathering hotline and reward them to trace the sources of white van and other murderous sources.
4)Use of Private Security Agencies to gather information on these sources of white van abductors and to give special security for needed Judiciary and Senior Lawyers.
5)Using self defense equipments such as Stun Guns, pepper spray, and pepper Guns, Ciren horns and whistles,Swiss knives, or even own revolvers etc.
5)GPS and Google Maps and cellphone photo cameras to locate the white vans and the abductors.
6)Use International Satellite Imaging and International Intelligence services to locate white vans, their sources and the abductors.
7)Special Security apparatus for Supreme Court building and other court houses, Confidential Files and all Patriot Judges and Lawyers.
7)Special training on Firearms and way to counter GOSL. State Terrorism activities including self defense when it comes to both physical and firearm. Remember only 5% die when it comes to revolver shootout, if know self defense.
8)Complete vigilance and sharing intelligence and information on these abductors among Lawyers,judges and others is a must.
9)Employ Spies, Decoys,Dummies and Moles to penetrate Govt. Intelligence unit for early information gathering.
10)Move in Groupes and avoid isolation and isolated travel and constant conferances and updates to inform Citizens and international community on developments.
11)Also take other Local and International Security related professional help either from UN or individual international defense advisors.
12)Always stay two steps ahead and pre.plan counter Govt.movements on these incidents and also be vigilant on all Govt.security apparatus with constant touch with international community to safeguard citizens from another 1983 like massacre and to work with them on rescue missions.
13) Finally work with International community to implement “Travel Ban” to all Sri Lankan Govt. Ministers, MP’s , Security personnel, and other goons who are involved in white van activities and who are directly involved in supressing justice,freedom and until GOSL. catch those culprits and bring them to justice and punish them.
14) Please remember not to give in to MARA’s covered tactics and intimidation.

All these 14 actions started long ago and still being in action … Except for very very few successes at some of the time, all failed badly … Think some new things, Jayantha … Kumar David’s various ‘types’ ( generals, academia , legal ) had not achieved much … Think about the next ‘type’ …. Unfortunately, you guys have already wasted the best ‘types’ … Remaining ‘types’ are much weaker than the already used ‘types’ …

CJ WILL BE GOING NOWHERE……SHE WILL BE IN HER SEAT FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF YEARS.
Infact many of the 117 and the Govt.PSC Seven could disappear from their Parliament seats in near future.
CJ is qualified to be the Supreme Court Chief Judge….and she will contribute more to society staying in that position than in POLITICS….. and this is my view. But she is already an Icon among the people and that’s why Gen.SF called her.
Moreover In future Sri Lankan economy will be guided more by Court of Law…….than the fake buy-out 2/3 parliament majority.
I am not into Regime change at all…..but I have ears to hear…. and eyes to see……and a brain to think.
But guys like you, although you have those senses ….you still seem deff and blind.
Please try to differentiate between mirage and a reality.

Your report on the security being withdrawn is accurate. But in developments since then, Mr. Sumanthiran raised the issue in protest and it has been restored. However, that does not mean that goons are not planning any violence against him.

The time has come to get rid of the Rajapaksa regime by any means possible. Threats of violence against opposition parliamentarians who are against the impeachment of the CJ is extremely serious and shows to what lengths Rajapaksa is prepared to go to achieve his evil aims. One cannot expect the blind and stupid masses to wake up and realise the damage the regime is doing to the people and the country and therefore it is up to the educated and the true patriots inside and outside of the country to find ways of deposing the dictator by whatever means possible.

Withdrawal of security from and gun shots at or near anti-impeachment MPs-lawyers are a warning by the remote control operator of white vans that any impediment to the removal of disobedient CJ is intolerable. Next step could be sending white vans to abduct them or even send henchmen to finish the job. The past experience shows that all that UN or US does is make statements of concern, so who cares? That is the attitude of the ruling family.

When LTTE assasins were in Colombo ,these TNA MPs had MD Security personnel guarding them 24/7,although the TNA was their civil front.
Aftter the demise of the LTTE, TNA members like Mr Sambandan, Mr Sumanathiran and Mr Premachandran have been very prominent in the campaign to sabotage the reconciliation process.
Yet no incidences of any threats or attempts to harm them have been recorded or occured for the last 4 years,either in Colombo or elsewhere.
Witch the Economy growing at a great rate of knots in comparison to our Western mates who are still crossed,the inhabitants only want to get involved in the Economy and try to make a descent living.
Providing security is a costly business, especially when these MPS have 20 to 30 body guards.
So it is commonsense that the security needs should be assesed according to the risks involved.
After all, these TNA members form a prominent faction of the anti Gove front who always condemn the Govt for allocating too much Taxpayer money for the Defence Dept..

Mr. Sumanthiran is the only Tamil politician who I thought addressed a meeting in Matara. He raises issues that are important to the country and the well being of every citizen in the land.
He is a very levelheaded politician, an asset to the legislature and in many ways the type of politician the country needs.
Any indirect attempt to restrain him, doing what he thinks is right will have serious implications to the future of the nation as a whole. The country needs bridge builders and he is one of the few. He is highly thought of among Tamil and Sinhalese intellectuals, any judicious governing regime must know not to cross the Rubicon.
