ජුනි මස 09 වන ඉරු දින කල්මුණේ නගරයේ මහජන රැළියක් පැවැත්වීමට බොදු බල සේනාව සංවිධානය කර ඇති බවත් මෙ නිසා කල්මුණේ මුස්ලිමි ජන ජීවිතයට තර්ජනයක් විමෙි අවධානමක් ඇති බවත් කල්මුණේ ජනතාව මා වෙත දන්වා සිටි.
බොදු බල සේනාව යනු මෙ රටෙි ආගමි වාදය පතුරවා ආගමි වාදින් ලෙසත් අන්තවාදින් ලෙසත් කටයුතු කරමින් රටෙි සාමයටත් නීතියටත් ප‍්‍රජාතන්ත‍්‍රවාදි ජන ජීවිතයටත් මහත් තර්ජනාකාරි ස්වරූපයෙන් අත්තනෝමතික කි‍්‍රයාවල නිරත වූ ජාතිවාදි බෞද්ධ කල්ලියක් බව සමස්ථ රටම හදුනාගත් සුඑ පිරිසකි.
මෙවැනි කල්ලියක් කල්මුණේ ප‍්‍රදේශයට සංක‍්‍රමණය වීම මුස්ලිමි ජනතාවගේ දෛනික කටයුතු වලට හා සාමයට මහත් තර්ජනකාරි තත්වයක් ඉදිරියට උදා වීමෙි ප‍්‍රවනතාවයන් ඇති බව එම ප‍්‍රදේශවාසින් මා වෙත පවසා සිටිි.
අදහස් ප‍්‍රකාශ කිරිමෙි නිදහස රැුස්විමි සංවිධාන කිරිමෙි නිදහස යනුවෙන් ආණ්ඩුක‍්‍රම ව්‍යවස්ථාවෙන් ලබා දී ඇති සියලුම මූලික අයිතිවාසිකමි තමන්ට පමණක් සීමා යයි සිතමින් අමානුෂික ලෙස කටයුතු කරන මෙම කල්ලිය විසින් මීට පෙර රැුස්වීමි සංවිධානය කර ඇති නගර වල රැස්වීමෙන් පසු කාලයක මුස්ලිමි ජනතාවට සිදු වූ හිරිහැර හා ව්‍යාපාර ස්ථාන වලට සිදු වූ විපත් හානි අලාභ පිළිබදවත් කල්මුණේ රැස්වීමට අවසර ලබා දෙන උදවිය සිතා බැලිය යුතුව තිබෙි.
මෙි පිළිබදව ඔබතුමාගේ විශේෂ හා කාරුණික අවධානය යොමු කර අනවශ්‍ය අර්බුද ඇති නොවන ආකාරයේ කල්මුණ ප‍්‍රදේශයේ නීතිය හා සාමය ආරඏාව තහවුරු කරන මෙන් ඉතා කරුණාවෙන් ඉල්ලා සිටිමි.

Especially because Sri Lanka is a democratic and free country no one has the right to go and harass other citizens of the country & destroy property or so harm to others..
Democracy is when one is allowed freedom of speech & freedom to be as they please, provided they don’t become a menace to society or bully other humanbeings..
Democracy is when every citizen of Sri Lanka whatever the religion or race born to mother lanka have the freedom to live without being bullied or harmed in peace ..
Its not about Sinhalese or muslims holding demonstrations.. its about the safety and security and the peace that is going to be at stake there as there is many examples of destruction these very group has caused..
If the real intention behind these group is to protect Buddhism then they should gather people and teach about Buddhism and practice Buddhism..
This particular group is going against the fundamental teachings of Lord Buddha and how can they even say they are doing things to protect Buddhism..
Wearing a robe and shaving ones hair is only not sufficient.. but the fundamental teaching is to give up everything worldly and reach eternal peace… everything about Buddhism is to teach one to become a better humanbeing & spreading peace and NOT cause destruction to others!
There is only one thing that can be said about this scenario with the BBS where they are causing destruction & disharmony amongst people for their own agenda… “thanha jayathey sowko’…(greed will only lead to ones own destruction)..
The very sad part is they are using a peaceful religion like Buddhism to hide behind & using the ignorance of people who aren’t that knowledgeable to spread hate and violence.. really sad..
And as for this man look at what he has said and not at his muslim name.. without being narrow minded look at the bigger picture.. he is only requesting to stop the demonstration becz this particular groups intention is not to spread Buddhism or protect it..They only want to destroy the peace that people have and create issues for no reason and harm people..
It doesn’t have to be assad saly.. every citizen of the democratic republic of Sri Lanka has the right & freedom to speak out or make a request like this if they feel that a particular group is going to create problems .. simple as that.. that is what having real democracy is all about!

This was a democratic country before MR took to the lanken office.
Give us any good examples from the very recent past, to prove your contents .. taking them as from very recent examples..
Today we the buddhists have been condemned by the world just because of the segments like BBS or sihala urumaya have take injustice to their hand. Even other folks groups have to do so, seeing there is no law and order in function in our country today under MR administration. People those who criticise CBK and her terms will not forget law and order situation in the country today is multiple times worsened than any previous times where the govts had to focus only on the terror.
If asked about why the justice is not given as due – nobody would respond to that.
If asked about why people have no secure to face the life in the society today – they the rulers would say nothing.
Sobitha thero and all others that I see seem to have genuine wills to see the country should go forward – explain the appalling levels of the society today- that is but deliberate deeds of MR regime.

If Kalmunai is part of Srilanka, any groups have freedom to gather peacefully without harming to others.
There is no wrong their plans to gather in Kalmunai. However any clashes that they predict to occur has nothing to do with religions or them being extremists but rather because of no rule of law in the country today.
If the law had been properly enforced in the country, none will have to behave as had seen in the recent past.
