Dr. Brian Senewiratne, MA (Cantab), MBBChir (Cantab), MBBS (Lond), MD (Lond), FRCP( Lond), FRACP.
An 81-year-old Australian human rights activist he is a Consultant Physician in Brisbane, Australia. His advocacy for the oppressed peoples is known globally.
For many decades, Brian Senewiratne has stood up for the Tamil cause and has given expression to his own anguish at the suffering of the Tamil people. He has done so, despite death threats, physical attacks on his medical office in Australia, and vulgar abuse by Sinhala thugs. He has had the courage to openly stand up for that which he knows to be the truth and he has been willing to suffer for that which he believes to be right.
An extract from the writings of Sri. B. Sri-Skanda-Rajah PhD Cantab., about Dr. Brian Senewiratne here says, “Brian’s steadfast commitment to defending human rights and promoting social justice is an inborn trait, a passion that is so visible in his demeanour and speech that it captures one’s heart the minute you interact with him – that he has fought relentlessly and tirelessly for people who are marginalized and persecuted, based on ethnicity, race, religion, language and culture his whole life, makes one feel inadequate in front of him. Dr. Senewiratne has been indefatigable in his efforts to defending the rights of all oppressed communities and the displaced peoples in Sri Lanka as well as convention refugees seeking asylum in Australia. He belonged to the ruling majority community in the island of Sri Lanka and is related to the Bandaranaike family that has produced two Prime Ministers and a President. Despite his privileged background he chose to break ranks to wage a courageous and often lonely campaign against the inexorable atrocities committed against the Tamil community ever since the island was granted independence from British rule in 1948.”

This should also be included in the topics for discussion.
“Bringing to justice those who contributed financially to the LTTE” thereby causing untold grief, aiding and abetting in the murders of the innocent tamil population.
Its funny that no one ever talks about that.

Why don’t you try it and see.
We will go after the Sinhala terrorist of 1971 and 1988 as well as the Government terrorist who murdered innocent Youth in 1971, 1988-1990, IPKF murderers and war criminals as well as the Sinhala Terrorist of 1983 onwards who burnt Tamils alive, raped, robbed, tortured and bombed innocent Tamils- ie STATE TERRORIST OF 30 years.
What the hell you buggers have been doing for 45 years?
We @ Tamils for Justice discovered the 4 US citizens who are responsible for WAR CRIMES including the 2 Rajapakses,, Army Commander who claims he was fully responsible for the whole war- Field Marshall Sarath Fonseka, The Minister of Justice responsible for the concentration camps from 2009 to 2012 -At least 4 years. Milinda Moragoda.
The US DOJ has not only a duty but legal responsibility, obligation and duty to investigate and possibly prosecute the 4 war criminals. IRS has also similar duties to investigate and prosecute Tax dodgers and money launderers and send them to jail and impose fines and penalties on these 4 US tax payers.
Let the FUN BEGIN.

You meant to say those nations and leaders provided money and other support not arms to the Sri Lankan despite knowing that the regime is responsible for oppression and suppression of the Tamils be charged for genocide?
sanchay / April 24, 2015
“Assimilaton or Annihilation” so it is how the TGTE see the progress in Sri Lanka at hand. Can there be anything else than assimilation or annihilation? for example peace, progress, equal rights? These buggers should ask themselves what was it under LTTE rule? was it nor rigorous assimilation or annihilation and if not work barbarism? dont trust these parasites!

TGTE is just a talk shop in Cyber Space.
The biggest talker is Senator Brian Seneviratne who is also a first cousin of Chandrika Bandaranayake.
The problem is that President Chandrika does not know that she had a PISSU Cousin.
The next best talker and noise make is fellow senator Mrs Usha Sriskandarajah.
PM Rudrakumar is grounded for many years in the USA and he has not left the shores except via SKYPE. lol.
Senator Seneviratne has been allocated 1 whole hour to bat, whether he is or not out in his innings. lol. Let us see how he advises the Tamils outside of Australia, since the Australian Tamils do not listen to him nor do they work with him. So there must be some reasons, even if we do not know why.
Similarly, he and his family ran away when his own aunt and uncle Felix Dias (Then Minister of Justice) helped him to leave the country. He has never returned to Sri Lanka ever since and that is for a different reason than what he claims… Let him deny it and explain. That is a challenge for the TGTE Senator. He can speak in Toronto and set the record straight or confess his crimes.

Why this stupid Tamil refugees have to uproot to Cambodia. They have tried to settle in Australia, that is fine because Australia is 100 times better country than Srilanka. But Cambodia is 100 times worst country than Srilanka, it will leads to another killing field in the future. Best option for them is to go back to Srilanka or India where same culture people live without scatter all over the world and loose strength. Those refugees are uneducated stupid people know nothing about world politics. Some educated Tamils have to direct them. North of srilanka will become a very safe and prosperous place in another few years because it is very close to Tamil-Nadu. Do not allow them to settle in Cambodia which is a country of Chinese influence – from fire into frying pan.

The TGTE should divert their attention to the issue that you have raised.
This would be a more fruitful exercise rather than these seminars and conferences.
