I heard, every time, President office asked PM to consider something Ranil had told ” ” Just leave it for the time being because I am not ……..”. so, everything was delayed. that is why Sri lanka needs a dictator. Both the not so executive president and trying to be executive PM will not work for Sri lanka. The next debacle is Speaker wants to be the RULER too. I thought Speaker is responsible only to maintain the parliament which is another Peliyagoda Fish Market.
