Rubbish! If twelve army men had tried to drag him away they would have done so. If after a vicious assault he has only minor injuries then that could not have been an assault with broken bottles.

Mervin is staging a publicity stunt. Were twelve army personnel caressing Malaka or beating him up? Police say that they are investigating though no formal complaint has been made so far. When a patient with injuries sustained in an accident or a clash is admitted to a hospital, hospital authorities should immediately inform Police about the case for inquiries. That is a legal requirement. Therefore, Police ought to know how `serious’ is Malaka’s condition. By the way, is Mervin providing an alibi for his son in connection a crime to be committed?

How did Malaka drove to hospital himself after getting hammered by 12 people with a bottle to the head. Also how malaka left hospital from back door so soon with all the injuries. Also he say someone tried to assassinate him and this is a criminal offense.
