Percy Mahendra And His Cintanaya

By Shanti Wijesinghe –

Percy Mahendra’s purse has been getting bigger and bigger, starting even before the tsunami money going out to help Hambantota. Hence his change of name to Pursy.

There is another possibility. In Buddhist literature and lore we have stories of evil-doers being dragged to hell live, by the soldiers of Yama Rajjuruvo, the king of the Netherworld. Pursy’s crimes are such that this is a distinct possibility. The earth will gape open, and amidst raging flames, the soldiers of Yama Rajjuruvo, will emerge saying, “Pursy, we have come for you”

Pursy is best known for his Cintanaya, and actions based on that.  He wants us to think he is as great as Chairman Mao, the founder of modern China, because Mao had his Cintanaya printed in the form of a Little Red Book. Everything that China ever wanted was in that book. Likewise, everything Lanka needs in the Pursy Cintanaya. His four legged servants like the pathetic G.L. Pieris keep quoting the Pursy’s Cintanaya even at the UN. Incidentally, plagiarizing Mao’s idea was an early symptom of an illness that Pursy is now seriously afflicted with, namely the compulsion to sell Lanka to the Chinese. The medical term for this illness is Acute Manic Sinitis.

The term “cintanaya” has two quite obvious meanings. One refers to ANY thought that even animals obviously engage in. The other is reflective, coherent, intelligent thinking. Pursy is only capable of the first kind, which functions to (1) ensure that his purse keeps fattening, and (2) to keep the people opiated with talk of saving the motherland. When it comes to reflective, coherent, intelligent thinking, Pursy is simply not up to it. That’s why he needs prompters to answer questions except those asked by journalists with laptops.

Pursy’s Cintanaya is pre-modern, although he tweets, and in other ways uses modern amenities like flush toilets. He acts like a feudal lord. He is above the law, and habitually lifts his family and friends above it as well. Officials of the state including the judiciary are his vassals, and must carry out his wishes. He can hire and fire at will.

Pursy has a grin permanently pasted just below his moustache. This makes him resemble the wide mouthed demon, the Gara Yaka. It is as if he is always wearing a Gara Yaka mask. This is a deception, but it works on the vast majority of Lankans. For the sharper wits however, it both covers and reveals the thief inside. Like Cassius, Pursy is a smiling villain. A born liar, Pursy will lie to anyone, to his cabinet, to parliamentarians, to officials, and to foreign leaders, without blinking an eyelid.

Pursy’s feudal Cintanaya leads him to protect his fellow thieves. He pretends to take action on the crimes of his fellow thieves, like Vermin Silva, descendent of Dutugamunu. But within a few weeks they are reinstated, and are back in dirty business as usual. Pursy will device new and ingenious methods to come to the rescue of his fellow thieves. When they commit murder, they feign illness, go abroad for treatment, and are eventually free to go back home with no questions asked, all under Pursy’s guidance and protection.

Pursy’s economic Cintanaya is first and foremost a way of practising a habit he is adept at, corruption. On state contracts, he and his brothers are reputed to demand commissions of 20-40 percent. For this reason, building infra-structure is Pursy’s favourite economic activity. To launder his ill gotten money, he has opened a Bank of Ceylon branch in the Seychelles . Most of these infra-structure projects are contracted to the Chinese to whom he is therefore greatly beholden. Pursy is willing to accommodate any project his Chinese masters are telling him to. Thus we have an idling harbour, an idling airport, and a sports stadium where grass grows. He is about to construct the tallest tower in Southeast Asia. He takes great pride in highways that are of much use to him and his fellow thieves, but useless for the people.

Pursy is planning to reclaim 500 acres from the sea south of the Colombo harbor. The idea for this comes from his Chinese financiers, who have been promised some 90 acres free of charge. He wants build a “Port City” in the reclaimed land in which he is dreaming of having a shopping paradise for tourists, and a car racing track for his son. All this is with money borrowed at commercial rates. Pursy’s economic Cintanaya also includes the manipulation of figures to show the GDP he wants, and in other ways getting the Central Bank to do his bidding. For this purpose he has appointed a four legged gambler as the Governor of the Central Bank.

At the end of the war Pursy had a historic opportunity to bring about national reconciliation. All he needed to do was to address the issues that the minorities were concerned with, to express regret for mistakes made, and embark on a rational plan for ensuring the political, social and economic rights of all citizens. Had he done this, he would have been honoured in the history books as the greatest head of state the country ever had in its long history. But the idiot Pursy is, he failed to see this honourable and feasible prospect. Magnanimity in victory would have earned Pursy the gratitude, affection and respect of the Tamil people. Instead, he decided to enjoy the spoils of war. He embarked on a nauseating splurge of triumphalism, making the Tamils feel that they were part of a conquerer’s booty that he could use for his benefit as he pleased. Instead of national reconciliation, Pursy’s actions have led to inter-ethnic mistrust and fanning of ethnic flames.

Pursy’s religious beliefs are primitive. His soothsayers determine the dates and times of all his activities. The date of the presidential election is determined not by the Elections Commissioner as the law says, but by his astrologer. Ordinary Buddhists worship the Bodhi as worthy of respect as the tree that gave shade to the Buddha during his Enlightenment. Pursy worships the Bodhi to get magical benefits, which makes it an act of primitive tree worship. He holds in his fist some sort of charmed object wherever he goes. Like a primitive cave dweller, he thinks that this object gives him power and success.

A couple of years ago burglars stole the regalia of the last king from the National Museum. Despite guards on duty 24 hours, and TV cameras recording people going in and out, no one has been arrested. Why? The rumour goes that this is Pursy’s work. In Pursy’s primitive religion, the king’s sword is auspicious and will help him quell enemies and remain in power. This primitive belief also explains the numerous thefts at archeological sites. Pursy is not satisfied with just any royal sword. He is looking for the sword of Dutugamunu.

In Pursy’s Cintanaya, the diaspora, the NGOs and the West are plotting to destabilize “the Motherland”. These are Pursy’s bogeymen or gonibillas that he uses to frighten the people and justify his abuse of power. Invoking these bogeymen and violating every election law, Pursy has managed to win all elections for a decade or longer. But in the recent Uva provincial elections, his majority was drastically reduced. He knows it’s as good as a loss. This has given him the jitters of his life. His fears are made the worse because, contrary to his expectations, the opposition has united. Both Ranil and Chandrika are willing to be the common opposition candidate, but are not asking for it, which is a sign that they are not in it for power, but to save the country from Pursy’s misrule.

Pursy’s allies like the JHU have abandoned him, and the monks Aturaliye Ratana and Madoluwawe Sobhita have had successful talks to strengthen the common opposition. Even Champika Ranawaka has given Pursy an ultimatum. Due to Pursy’s support of the BBS, the Muslims will not vote for him. And, he has been deceitful about the Pope’s visit, so he is not getting Catholic votes either. Both the JVP and the TNA are partners in the common opposition. So the January election is going to be landslide victory for the opposition and Lanka’s equivalent of the Arab Spring. Pursy with his usual cunning, is trying every trick to sow dissension in the common opposition. But this time that’s not going to work. Pursy will be going home.

At least, let’s hope home is where he will go. Because, however despicable Pursy is we harbor no ill will towards him. But we cannot predict or prevent what the ordinary people might do in their understandable rage at the crimes he has committed. They have been at the receiving end of his vulgar Cintanaya and criminal activities for a long time. They cannot be expected to forget threats, abductions, white vans, torture, murder, grease yakas, corruption, nepotism, land grabs, night races, indirect taxes, and the overall demolition of democratic freedoms, rights and institutions. Crowds may well get out of control and give Pursy a taste of his own medicine. They know what medicine the people of Libya gave their dictator Gaddaffi, one of Pursy’s bosom friends.

There is another possibility. In Buddhist literature and lore we have stories of evil-doers being dragged to hell live, by the soldiers of Yama Rajjuruvo, the king of the Netherworld. Pursy’s crimes are such that this is a distinct possibility. The earth will gape open, and amidst raging flames, the soldiers of Yama Rajjuruvo, will emerge saying, “Pursy, we have come for you”.

Next morning’s the Divayina toilet paper will have a front page photo of the soldiers of Yama Rajjuruvo emerging from the flames, with Pursy wearing his Gara Yaka grin, with the bold caption, “President Meets Envoy from the Netherlands”.

Dyeing His Hair and Moustache is meant to fool the Public as to his Age, as well as his Chin……!

He is trying to imitate the Bollywood Film Stars – All Show and no Action

Does Pursy use the same Dye on his Hair and on his Moustache?
One of these days he is going to have a massive reaction to the Dye on His Moustache!

Pursy will go home for sure.
That’s what the wish of majority people of the country.

Pursy must be sent home by hook or by crook, somehow for a better tomorrow. Karu or CBK can do it with the support of Sobhitha himi and Rathana himi and RW JVP TNL support easily.

After the war at the last election Mara could only get 56% with that war winning spirit, with that euphoria now after 4 years things have change a lot.

Kicking Mara out is not that difficult. All you need is to unite.

          Ravana ,

          Answer these questions

          1) Did MR win 2005 PE ? if so how ?
          2) Did MR win 2010 PE ? if so how ?

“Karu or CBK can do it with the support of Sobhitha himi and Rathana himi and RW JVP TNL support easily.”

CBK is out , apparently SC has given the final verdict on it ( still it’s a secret ), Sobitha thera’s campaign seems to have derailed for some mysterious/bizarre reasons , Karu is MR next headache , haven’t you noticed “paba’s ” sudden elevation to a monitoring position and Paba’s direct challenge and continuous insult to Karu , Dayasiri’s condemnation/disappointment of karu’s possible nominations , clan prefers Ranil or any one else but not CBK,ven MS or Karu .

Ranil sajith duo will do every thing to defeat CC , MR has all the government institutions under his control including that joker M.Deshapriya and all the military forces.

“The term “cintanaya” has two quite obvious meanings. One refers to ANY thought that even animals obviously engage in. The other is reflective, coherent, intelligent thinking. Pursy is only capable of the first kind”

An interesting point that needs further reflection.

Pursy knew in 2007, and again in 2010, what exactly he wanted – and he managed to get it — both times! Now he again knows what he and his brood needs starting in 2015 – and is working towards that.

Let’s look at the second type of thinking, namely “The other is reflective, coherent, intelligent thinking” that Shanthi Wijesinghe believes the more endowed (intelligence-wise) persons are capable of.

How many Shathi Wijesinghe’s were wise-enough in 2007 and again in 2010 to recognize the “Pursy” intentions and out him rather than embrace him, opiated or not?

If the “lesser-endowed-Pursy” was able to so easily opiate all of the smarter (Shanthi’s “Type 2” thinkers) in the land, not once but twice (once in 2007 and again in 2010), then who truly is smarter? Shanthi (Type 2) or Pursy(Type 1)?! Worth a little pondering, don’t you think?

“If one succumbed so easily and readily to such simpletonic duping only because of one’s own failings, then one does deserve the consequences“!
Keep shouting Jaya wewa – may help the pain!

    Shanti,

“So the January election is going to be landslide victory for the opposition and Lanka’s equivalent of the Arab Spring.” I wish I can share your optimism that Mara’s end is nigh.

You have highlighted all the ills that this Mafia family has imposed on the common people of Sri Lanka. But the most important illness that afflicts the common people of Sri Lanka – utter stupidity – modayas to be precise is not spoken about at all. Come election time they will once again vote this ‘henahura’ family back to office. I wish they wouldn’t but the writing is on the wall with RW (the common candidate of choice of the Mara brothers) still in deep sleep.

Don’t jump to conclusions about RW. The effort required to keep a united opposition is a very difficult one. One of the key people who have worked tirelessly for more than a year to make it happen is RW. Heaping insults at him shows a tragic lack of appreciation for some of the few remaining decent politicians left in this country. Of course no one is perfect all humans have flaws. Learning to accept them in the effort to bring about a change in leadership in Sri Lanka is a virture badly needed in Sri Lanka.

You as an Atheist, may not believe this.
But As a Buddhist I believe the after effects of my deeds will follow me.
      In Buddhism,
the Deeds done in this life will effect us and give good or bad results, Some times in this life or the next life.

The F king, Jarapassa Should pay his Dues, as he betrayed to the People of this country,
because he has done disastrous things to the our mother land and sold it to foreigners for personal Gains for him and his Family clan.
and still doing and wants to do in future also.
This Chinthana F king and His Goon clan still sucking our blood on.
Definitely, Very Very Soon, They Will pay for what they are Doing.

    Shanti,
Your Cintanaya about Pursy is spot on.
He will be enraged when he reads it – so, be careful – he has the armed forces, police and secret corps of ‘security men’ who will do anything – even like what happened to Lasantha Wickrematunge.
Yama Rajjuruvo can learn from him.
But, he has collected Tons of Merit by carrying relics and praying at even hindu temples abroad – will this protect him do you think?
I pray for my country which our children and grandchildren will inherit.

The scientists agree that the sea levels are rising because we are burning too much fossil fuels. And here is the Rajapaksa government planning to reclaim land (at the present sea level) and build a race track to burn fossil fuels as fast as possible. Rajapaksas nor most of the folks down south of Sri Lanka have no vision at all the just stupidos.

Who cares of environmental impact when the Rajapaksa offsprings are happy with their pet projects like Namal baby got a fake law qualifications and then National Rugby captain and Yoshitha baby was send to UK’s topmost Marine Academy without any competitive exam and also manage a lucrative TV channel with his ex-girlfriend who ran away to Aussieland after breakup.

Then the youngest Rocket-Rohitha was involved in a Satellite with Chinese help and it was later came to light another ‘Boru-Show’ by Rajapaksas.

The poor folks can watch the Ferraris, Porsches, Mercedes, Lotuses and Maclarens in the new reclaimed track and curse the MA-RAs parents for the waste of money of poor peasants.

A well thought play with the name Percy our president bears and full of substance. Find below the link to an equally indepth artile/editorial that is in the Daily Mirror today:

    http://www.dailymirror.lk/56617/needs-regime-change-but-who-represents-genuine-change

WE need a revolution of sorts NOW to drive the mice, rats and bandicoots that have taken over our politics, institutions and administrative structures. What we need is good men and women to lead at all levels of society. Without this, changes in our constitution, governance structure and independent institutions would not stem the rot.

The UNP, especially Ranil Wickremasinghe, should begin this revolution by doing NOT what is expedient, but what is right. Do not play the Rajapakse game. You cannot beat him at the nasty game he plays. People know what is right and are thirsting for one who can promise and deliver what is right.

Ranil, be bold and declare yourself the candidate for the presidency. Attract new faces to your team-professionals with moral and ethical values, and a clean career record. There are plenty around who are willing to come forward at short notice, because they are disgusted with the present state of affairs in the country.

Let those who want to abandon you and leave the UNP, GO. Go into the field with a straight bat and a clean, skilled team. Renew yourself as the fresh face and harbinger of much awaited change in Sri Lanka. Can you do it NOW- start today, not tomorrow? Time is not on your side to dilly dally. Ride the wave that is already mving on its own.

This will be the beginnings of the revolution we need and what the people are waiting for.

It’s no joke I met KRRISH Group officials in New Delhi and I enquired the abrupt failure of their much advertised housing project in Colombo.

I got appalled and much embarrassed by his answer that the Hon. President Madinda Rajapakse (that’s the way he sarcastically addressed MaRa) sought 35% commission and 5% for son Namal R. They agreed to deposit the ‘’FEE’’ every time they sell a property to his Seychelles Account but MaRa needs the money at once even before they kick off the project……I repeat it’s no joke!!
They packed the stuffs and went back to India.
I know Dr. Harsha De Silva reads CT and please let him raise the issue in parliament !!!

Facts about purcy has been penned plain and clean, but what about our moda voters ? will they come out of their carrot loop ? I am doubtful.

Presidential Election is supposed to be in within less than 75 days (though not yet confirmed but all indication are in that direction) however we still don’t know who the common candidate is.

Is there enough time to agree among all the wolfs ? and then come up with a road map and educate our carrot eating masses that if we continue in this path there wont be a country left for any of us ?

My gut feeling is we will be in cintanaya for sometime to come ! I hope I am wrong.

I don’t agree with Shanthi Wijesingha. I just can’t understand Why she can’t praise good things (All are Good things in Cintanaya) in “Mahinda Cinthanaya”.

Percy Mahendra Rajapaksha, Great War Hero promised that he will abolish Executive Presidency in 2005 in his great “Mahinda Cintanaya”. Again this War Hero promised that he will abolish EP in 2010 in his Great “Mahinda Cintanaya Idiri Dakma-Future Vision” Again he is going to abolish same EP in 2014 also. He will mention that in his “Mahinda Cinthanaya Idiri Idiri dakma. this is just like Buddhists observe 5 perceptions every day.

This war hero promised that every pregnant Mothers in the Island be given bag full of essential nutritious food weekly. Believe me Shanthi most of the Woman encourage their husbands to make them pregnant to enjoy that free nutritious food that they get free from this great War Hero.

As Jathiye Aadambaraka Thatha, Jaathiye Pin-Piya he promised that all the good things for Children. This is true and see how he is treating University Students.

    There are some more.

MR will somehow win this time too. They what would befall on them if they lose. How can he face serious corruption charges starting from helping Hambantota to highways, ports, airports, water projects, telecom towers and etc built on unsolicited project proposal basis. MR and company have fully understood the value of power and money.
It will be extremely difficult for the opposition to face his challenge as he has got Army cronies like Major General Prasad Samarasinghe are there to implement his election strategy – to win by hook or by crook. Unless miracle happens MR will continue for another 10 years under our glorified democracy which is for a few by a few.

This article breaks all norms of decency, it even incites readers to take the law in to thier own hands. I read CT in the hope of a balanced discourse on current issues. I dont want to see such libellous, defamotary, hate mongering articles. I’d like CT to maintain its impartiality and give us articles of value, not trash like this

      Eshan G,

“This article breaks all norms of decency, it even incites readers to take the law in to thier own hands”

What is wrong with that. Now the rule of law in Percy Mahendra Rajapaksha’s hand. Let the People to take the rule of Law from this moron’s hand first and then it will take it’s normal path under a new Government.

      Eshan G,

In civilized societies truth is a defence to defamation and or libel.

If as you say the Article is libelous, then the burden is you to explain what statement are libelous, untrue.

I did not find any. On the contrary I think the writer did not go far enough to describe how the People, the country and its democratic institutions are being raped day in day out by the ruling goons in every sense of the word.

      Thank you.

            Dear Mr Amare

Letting off frustration or venting anger can be done in a civil way, that’s what I am saying
I expressed my opinion, I hope you respect that like I respect your opinion, but asking me not to comment is not really democratic is it? Aren’t you clamouring for real democracy like all of us?
Is it the right example to our children, abusing, inciting, defaming anyone just because we are angry or frustrated. I make an earnest appeal to CT moderator to keep all our comments at an accepted level of decency and not to publish any comment that incites violence

    Eshan G,

You are right, people should not be allowed to take the law onto their hands.

But, what the writer is saying is that, the affected parties would like to see justice meted out for all the atrocities caused by Pursy. Starting from Tsunami fund embezzlement, Lasantha Wickrmatunge,Bharatha Lakshman,Innocent civilians killed, raped and maimed, daylight robbery like exorbitant taxes, kick backs and plundering of resources, gross injustices in the judiciary like the ouster of Chief Justice to the final supreme court verdict about the 3rd term, selling of the lands to Chinese, inciting communal violence thru Balu Sena, White van, Foreign ministry handling by the morons of MARA like Sachin vaas and the list will only go on and on.

I am sure you will also feel the same way, if you are affected one way or the other by this marauding PURSY MURDEROUS MARA.

Other leaders and aspirants to the common candidature have been accused of similar and as grave atrocities, why not name them too, for instance just take a look at Naganada Kodituwakku’s Court of Appeal CA writ 152/2012 which can be accessed on the internet

All I am saying is, less hate, more objectivity and for a high level debate here. Inciting people for criminal activity is plain wrong

Just an addition to your fantastic article. Today LTTE terrorism is replaced by State terrorism. Prabaharan is replaced by Mahendra. Even facial features resemble the same. Both of them have the same type of mustache. Freethinker.

“Crowds may well get out of control and give Pursy a taste of his own medicine. They know what medicine the people of Libya gave their dictator Gaddaffi, one of Pursy’s bosom friends.”

Yes Shanthi, Sri Lankans deserve some goods news to rejoice.

All indications are that Mara Pursy will not get more than 40% of the votes in the January Presidential Election. To be convinced please do the ethnic / religious arithmetic. The goat man Gotha Bayya is already making arrangements to orchestrate riots countrywide, just before, during, and immediately after the elections are called off. Then he will impose martial law and stage a coup d’état. Mara will fly away with his Purse to live with one of his dictator pals in an African Country.

To prevent this happening the forces hosting the Common candidate should start doing a few things STARTING NOW:

Start cultivating the rank and file in the Armed Forces. There are many among them who have been wronged by the top brass. Make it known that the Brigadiers, Generals and other high ups, who are the lickspittle of the Rajapaksas today, will be brought to trial and disposed of. Make it known that a large number of named individuals lower down will replace them with unbelievably high rewards.

A corollary to this would be to identify high rankers in the other branches of the government muscle. For example publicly threaten Mohan Peiris and a couple of others in the Judiciary known to be Rajapakse stooges with dire consequences, and also announce great rewards for members of the Judiciary who “maintained high standards”.

Similarly with the Police, Civil Service and Corporate Sector. Regarding the private sector, eg Gora’s Apollo Hospital called by some other name today – promise to nationalize it. Similarly with large commercial establishments owned by the Rajapakse cronies, threaten nationalization, closure or what have you, and promise the stooge owners with tax enquiries, prosecution and jail for their unsavouryl business transactions . Promise to hand over the Management of these enterprises to Cooperative Societies, with profit sharing by the public. I know these ideas are loosely worded but we have plenty of experts in Sri Lanka who can implement them.

The Opposition Parties must promise from today and make sure, that from seven days before the presidential elections, all the airports, minor airstrips, seaports, boats, yachts and small craft will be occupied by hordes and hordes of demonstrators to stop the terrorists running the government from fleeing the country.

Promise the People that the MaraGoraBara Trinity will at all times remain under seige; that they will be able to escape only over your “dead body”. Make double Mara and Gora remain surrounded by your own mobs and will not be able to flee the country. Tell the People they will be hounded and that you promise they will not be able even to piss without guards keeping watch on their dicks. Promise the People Mara will be tried by Peoples Courts on Galle Face Green with proceedings broadcast live.

The key to getting the people on your side, will be to disclose full details of MaraGoroBara financial rackets, commissions, kickbacks, and the secret profits made with Chinese collusion from so called MEGA PROJECTS.

Initiate compiling a list of criminalities committed by MaraGoraBara, and their cronies. Make it available to the General Public with full details and proof of the commission of those crimes. Lanka E News, CT and like minded publications will I am sure oblige with free publication. Educate the public. Enlist patriotic minded officers in the Defence and Finance Ministries and lower grade officers in the Army Navy and Police, the Corporate Sector and Private Sector to provide information about the financial terrorism of the Unholy Trinity. Show the Electorate how they have been raped for the last ten years, starting with the robbery of the Tsunami Funds.

To get the enthusiastic support of the electorate you will need to name the individuals who will lose their heads, and those whose heads will be crowned. CT readers do not need to tell me this is bribery and intimidation. I know. But one has to use the methods of the marauding terrorists in the Government in order to get rid of them. No Choice.

Promise the People that after the MaraGoraMara Trinity is deposed that you will install legislation, providing punishment for politicians caught with the hand in the till, that will ranging from a minimum of 10 years jail time to hanging in public depending on the severity of the thievery. To save your own arses you may stipulate that the New Order will take effect after MaraGoraBara and their cronies have been punished, and for crimes committed after taking office under the New Order.

After the shit is wiped clean, we can set out to reinstall law and order, to guarantee a country governed subject to the Rule of Law for future generations.

The other condition is to make the people angry and frothing with the ruling regime. Make them compare the misery they go through on a daily basis just so they keep body and soul together, with the decadent opulence of the Rajapakse family and cronies. Use the AKD formula. When all of the downtrodden suffering masses start salivating with the prospect of delivering punishment to Mara and his crooks under the new order, and enjoying some degree of dignity and prosperity for themselves, the Rajapakse crown will already have been lost.

Thinking people know this will be a do or die battle. Our side has to win: otherwise Sri Lanka is doomed for disgrace and annihilation.

Most articles on this Web say that Mahinda Rajapaksa can not win the next PE but the prestigious Forbes investment Magazine published in USA, in its 30th October issue emphatically notes that President Mahinda Rajapaksa will win the January elections; the political stability has been cited as a reason to invest in Sri Lanka.
Giving Ten Reasons to Invest In Sri Lanka, a Forbes editorial states that from an investor’s point of view, the case for Sri Lanka is getting strong.
Sri Lanka has one of the best cases for an economy with the stars aligned in its favour,……..
I would like to know your comments.
    Thanks.

You already should know by now that there are no investors coming in to sri lanka. Major reason is no rule of law. Destroying democracy.

Every single word in this article is very true. Please publish in sinhalese and tamil and make all people read it. Development is good.Development should be done after carefully anlyzing effects on the enviorment.Eg: california towns are running out of water read pottevislle clifornia, china, major emission problems, most of the high rises are not occupied due to greedy unplanned construction. Sri Lankan cannot afford to do this. Rajavassas should be kicked out its time the idiot village sri lankans to act wise.
