PSD To Take The Fall For Daham’s Misconduct

The Presidential Security Division (PSD) is set to take the fall for Daham Sirisena’s nightclub misconduct.

The Colombo Telegraph has received information that the PSD security personnel, who were removed as part of Daham’s security detail for their alleged involvement in the night club brawl, will shortly surrender to the police, where they will take the blame for the incident and categorically deny the involvement of President Maithripala Sirisena’s son, Daham in the incident.pujith-and-maithri

“The PSD personnel will say that it was they who were behind the attack, because they were agitated due to the high handed manner adopted by the club’s security guard, and Daham had absolutely nothing to do in the attack,” a highly authoritative source said.

“The removal of the security from Daham, was the first step to protect him,” the source added.

The first family and their confidants are currently busy hatching up a covert operation in an effort to protect Daham, who is alleged to have orchestrated the attack on the security guards at the Clique Night Club in Colombo 2 after he and his group were denied entry to the club on Saturday morning.

“The venue manager of Clique has already denied Daham’s involvement in the incident, saying that the VVIP’s son was not present, although the venue manager was not on the ground floor at the time of the incident,” the source said.

This is an excellent opportunity for the President to how genuine and sincere in his responsibilities, on two counts.

First, whether he is sincere about his care and concern for the future of the country, as the responsible leader of the country.

Second, whether he is sincere about his care and concern for the future of his children, as a responsible Dad!

Hope he is mature enough to understand both, and realize how detrimental it would be if he compromised on either of his personal duties, as a Dad and a President.

A little historical note in this connection will not, I am sure,be inappropriate: wasn’t this the same son who beat up/had beaten up the son of a Deputy Inspector General of police, at Passekudah, because the latter had requested that the former or his minions not take photographs of his swim suit-clad girl friend on the beach?
I seem also to remember that Mr. Sirisena, an “ordinary” cabinet minister at the time spent time at the police station concerned, trying to sort out that particular mess.
Anyone hear of “Justitia omnibus(Justice for All)?”

Thanks Emil – indeed a valid point.

The early signals should not have been ignored, but I guess the country had little choice on that fateful January 8th!

And as an extension of the “historical” context, I wonder who and how many of the well-meaning, learned citizens of the country raised their hands in objection when the MR regime claimed “the country has a very robust and disciplined police and justice system to handle all internal issues” to neutralize the Diaspora call for international intervention in support of the desperate parents wailing behind barbed wires for their missing and abducted children?

Misconducts and Misdeeds are natural political phenomenon is part and parcel of “Good Governance and Rule of Law” by MS ruling that has beginning of since 2015 January 9th.

The son of MS has followed same foot path as Father.
He has not betray that path has taken by His excellence father’s misdeeds of Democracy, hence the Son has enrich his line of politics in an Island by his own deeds.

Only right thinking leadership and political party will be able come to power, that they will address this misconducts an issues by according to law of Land!

The issue is so serious but MS and their regime that not to care hoots.
They do not fear of Masses of People at all.

If PSD carry out illegal instructions of politicos or their children, such PSD men should be charged in Courts of Law and disciplinary action taken by the Police Dept. without giving them any special treatment. If PSD men admit that they carried out these attacks on their own accord using PSD vehicles IGP should think whether he should have such people in the Police Dept. Much respected former Senior DIG, Special Task Force, Mr. Nimal Leuke, present Presidential Security Adviser should also give thought to this matter. Should disciplined men of STF or PSD, meekly surrender to politicos or their children, or refuse to carry any illegal orders or unlawful acts?
Involvement of PSD men in illegal and criminal acts has a long history and the
Police Commission should have a close watch on the sequence of events and take necessary steps to protect the good name of the Dept.
Trust that the President will investigate the alleged involvement of his son thoroughly and if satisfied that such an involvement had been there, act in a rightful manner without following the foot steps of MR, Mervin and Keheliya who continued to safeguard their children, paving the way for their self destruction.

WHAT THE FUCKS DOES A FATHER WANT A COMMISSION TO FIND OUT WHETHER HIS FUCKING BRAT WAS PRESENT OR NOT
    REAL LET DOWN PRESIDENT
HE SAYS HE IS AGAINST TAKING GOTABAYA AND FORCES COMMANDERS TO COURT BUT SILENT ON THE FINDINGS OF HIS APPOINTED COMMISSIONS OF THE FRAUDS AND OTHER CRIMES COMMITTED BY THEM
DID WE VOTE HIM FOR THIS?

IF we have an independent Police Commission now, why cannot it ensure that the PSD or MSD personnel who engage in criminal acts on the advise of politicians or their children are dealt with severely under police disciplinary code ? If they are advised to refuse illegal requests, politicians will have no option but to behave as law abiding citizens.

Why are you getting some others to become fall people for your son…? You have a very good opportunity to show that you are a man who walks the talk by taking that “Madu Walge” and using it to correct your own family member. Mr. President, don’t become a “KIYANAKOTA EHEMAI, KARNAKOTA MEHEMAI” person. Be brave and show your honesty.

All this is because they do not care for the son of the President and look for the advantage they receive in the short term and precautions the officers take to protect them form falling from the good books of the Government.

We should remember they are creating a long term and permamnent problem for Daham Sirisena. The first step towards any personal improvement is to accept your mistakes as your own mistakes are the solid steps for your own advancement. Placing your own mistakes on the others when it is squarely yours is the biggest blunder one makes and such people only dig their own grave.

Wait and see Daham will continue to make blunders and its nature will be more serious and he would get caught badly and no one could save him them. It will only then his parents and the people who protected him taking the blame would realize it would have been better Daham stood up for the mistakes he made and this would have prevented him getting caught to the mess he now is in and is alone.

He will become a useless man and a shame to him and his parents. Feel sorry for him. Already he is disgrace

This Maithri bloke is an idiot. Is he fit to be the head of SL? I think at this stage you cant find a single leader to lead and govern SL. My closest candidate is Sajith P. I believe is has earned enough lessons from his father’s wrongdoings and I hope he will do a good job since JVP is far away from grabbing power.
