UNP Junior MPs Lobby For Change, Major Reorganisation Imminent, Says Harsha

The main opposition United National Party that has suffered humiliating defeats at consecutive elections for over nine years with the exception of the 2011 Colombo Municipal Council election will soon see “major reorganisation” says its national list legislator Dr. Harsha De Silva.

Harsha

Posting an update on his Facebook account, De Silva said that the party’s more junior members of Parliament had presented its suggestions to Party Leader Ranil Wickremesinghe on September 27.

“The discussion was brutally honest and to the point. Let me tell you that he was most sincere and open to the suggestions that included ones never made before,” De Silva said adding that the proposals submitted to the UNP Leader had followed several days and nights of “brainstorming”.

De Silva said he had every reason to believe that he will take our suggestions fully onboard when he finally decides on the best course of action for the United National Party.

“I hope the others; seniors and juniors alike would put their self interests behind and unite to ensure we move forward from that point on to reach the common objective of every member of our glorious party,” the UNP Parliamentarian said.

It is appalling that the UNP MPs themselevs are too blind to see the political realities. RW is not the reason that the party has lost. If there are more popular leaders in the party they ought to win their seats and districts. The fact of the matter is that they keep losing their seats with 15K plus. Who is the party leader in SL who had stepped down for defeats? In RW’s case he is not culpable for the losses. PC elections held staggered not to test public opinion but to frustrate oppposition. The SLFP during 77 and 93 lost 59 elections until CBK came and won the WP in 1993 which too was a fluke given the UNP-DUNF split. Not RW, even the Lord Buddha, Jesus Christ or the Prophet Mohammad in opposition could find it difficult to win elections under this system

Just after the recent elections, an old UNPer who desperately wants to send the Rajapaksha rogue to jail and for a UNP government spoke to me and he sounded so hysteric and broken. He lamented: “No, no, this is not going to work, I agree that RW is the person to lead the party, but he cannot win elections because the donkeys in the country do not vote for him, we need someone totally new and now hitherto tread a single step on political field, Sajith is not the person either….” So I suggested to him that we get Sirasa bugger to arrange a competition among the whole people in the country to select a suitable person as the leader of the party. He was thrilled at the idea and even suggested a name for the competition, “Sirasa Political Star!!!!!!” This is the type and level of even “strong” UNPers that the UNP leadership has to work with! This is the general cross section of the society who have been brainwashed, compromised, hoodwinked and conditioned by mararized false propaganda machinery. The myth propagation acts as a virus spreading rapidly over time, the contracted becoming the disease carrier and transmitter and propagator! But for the Rajapaksha’s Madamulana disease there is only one solution which is a UNP government led by Ranil under which all the retracted, withheld, undermined, deformed and deprived rights and mechanisms of democracy are guaranteed to recover and restore and enhance further! The placebo pills, the compromised medications or the contraband won’t do! The very idea of Sajith demanding the presidency is contrary to the growing demand of the society for the abolition of the EP. It also conflicts with UNPs new policy of abolition of same and adoption of a new constitution. It also is at loggerheads with the discussed, deliberated, recommended, documented and published aspiration and promise of the Sobitha thero for the abolition of EP. The politically abortioned Sajth is contradicting the view of the “temple” where he always runs for cover and propaganda donating ill-gotten money of the regime! This whole society has been psychologically debilitated-look at the majority of comments, they are so absurd! What is required is mass and collective psychotherapy, not leadership change! The majority have contracted the “change the leader” mania! And that mania is conceptualized, written, directed and manufactured by the MARA regime and propagated through compromised and debilitated media: the press, TV and radio-there are oral transmitters as well! The Sirasa media whore opens up transgender Kili Maharaja’s cunt hole 7 o’clock daily and the contracted masses creep into Kili’s fuck hole to have more and more of Kili’s fucked up muck! Once ejected out at around 7.30 after dosing them with “hate Ranil” and “love hate” viruses they are replicating the gangrene in whomever they meet! The interesting thing of this virus is that Sajith is the DNA of this virus! And the Rajapakshas are constantly pumping life and mutations to it so that it cannot be killed by a single medicine. Sajith is like AIDS virus-an abhorrent, loathsome microscopic creature only detectable by politico-electron microscopy! And the mushrooming conditioned political masses do not have ware withal to analyze him. They have bad karmic forces only to repent after 10, 15 or 20 years like they did with Chandrika and now MARA! This is the law of cause and effect Lord Buddha preached-the “animal” will be happy now that I accepted Buddha!

Ranil is the most suitable person to run this country. What wrong did he do. Did he rob like the MR FAMILY and his Govt members.
MR robbed all the UNP educated and experienced parliamentary members. Can any one point out at least one UPFA educated persons. There is only one INRNATIONAL liar in the UPFA, Mr PATHOLA.He is a utter disgrace to his own family members of AMARASURIYAS,and to his school.
Ranil wanted PEASE in the country, and signed an agreement with the LTTE. MR bribed Vellu and got him self elected as president.

RANIL IS A JEWEL AND A STATESMAN. The entire world known about this. But the Sinhala modayas cannot understand this, because they have been brain washed by the CAPITAL MAHARAJAS,via Sirasa,Sakthitv and the MTV/MBC NET WORK, FOR THEIR OWN SELFISH MOTIVE.

The ‘entire world’ likes RW because he is spineless and malleable, they like someone who will be like silly putty in their hands. As to this popular thinking that he is such a great strategist, why did he allow Chandrika to pull the rug out from under his feet when it was obvious that she was going to do so? What about Athurugiriya??
Him not being a crook means nothing when he was surrounded by so many – remember what happened to Sathosa??
He has overstayed his welcome, is an idiot and should just bugger off.

MR wants divided country.RW needs an united country. RW can address any community in SL without any hesitation as he has a vision. He, I trust, believes “united we stand divided we fall”.Before commit to. SUICIDE all senior and junior UNPers should realise this reality.

Ranil is not a complete failure. He has the vision (which no other has) and the conviction to carry forward his vision. Unfortunately most of his parliamentarians are not defending his vision with a conviction. They know that the show has been stolen by Mahinda Rajapaksa for foreseeable future. Therefore they are impatient. They want to become despotic cabinet ministers to earn all the possible profit for the investments they have made thus far in the politics.

Ranil has to be more decisive and kick out Sajith from the party without further delay. With Sajith there will be no future for UNP. He is so mean and destructive.
