The flagship store of the countrys largest Muslim clothing chain “NOLIMIT” Panadura is currently in flames allegedly after a mob set fire to it early this morning. Police now says it was an internal electrical fire.
The clothing chain was identified and repeatedly attacked by the Bodu Bala Sena in successive speeches made by its General Secretary, Galagoda Atte Gnanasara who enjoys complete immunity from the law.

What’s your point to compare Kaathankudy to the arson at Nolimit store.
Burning Nolimit store is not the answer for what’s happening in Kaathankudy.

Hey, don’t talk like that! Tamils and Muslims should let bygones be bygones. We must stop bickering and unite together to overcome the greater and common threat to both. The cycle of conflict between both communities must come to an end. Only if we unite can we work effectively to win back our lost rights, freedom and dignity. Agitating separately will not yield any results at all.
The common threat is posed by the Sinhala-Buddhist chauvinist fundamentalists who I think would comprise about 25% of the total Sinhala population. Most of them are like that because these people know only one language, Sinhala, so only doctored and filtered news reaches them. They never get to read or hear both sides of a story. They have CCTV recording of what actually happened. The mobsters who threw at least 6 petrol bombs, will now hopefully be identified, including those who set fire to the motorbike parked outside the building. It was no electrical fire, when vehicles parked outside are also put to the torch. Another set of misleading lies to fool the general public.
