J’pura Uni Study Board Requests Explanation Into Namal’s Dodgy PhD Attempt

The Study Board of the Jayawardenapura University has requested the Post Graduate Faculty to submit an explanation on the dubious procedure that was followed, which deemed Rajapaksa ‘prince’ Namal eligible to follow the university’s PhD program.

Namal

Namal

At a discussion on Namal Rajapaksa’s dodgy PhD attempt during last month’s meeting of the Study Board, it had been pointed out that the procedure followed, which authorized him to enter the PhD program has led to many questions within the university protocols.

According to the Study Board meeting held in early 2010, in considering the request made by NR to follow a PhD program, it had been noted that he possesses a LLB degree from the London University. But he hadn’t fulfilled the MA qualifications and had therefore been advised to register for the MA Qualifying examination.

As reported by Colombo Telegraph earlier, although some of the Study Board members had requested the university administration to check into the authenticity of the LLB certificate submitted by the candidate, the efforts had been blocked by Criminology Department Head and the former Vice Chancellor, Dr. NLA Karunarathne who was a staunch supporter of former Higher Education Minister SB Dissanayake and the Rajapaksa regime. Namal was due to carry out his PhD studies under the supervision of the former Vice Chancellor and Prof M W Jayasundara, the Dean of the Criminology Department.

The Study Board members had also specifically raised concerns over the academic duration of his LLB, which is a primary requirement to pursue a Masters’ Degree but that request too had been rejected.

Documents submitted to the Study Board on NR’s request to enroll in the PhD program reveals that he had successfully completed the MAQ, which had been specially arranged for him and that afterwards he was made eligible for the registration for the Masters Degree program in 2010. However, in quite an abrupt manner, NR had been upgraded to a PhD level from the MA level in 2013.

Bravo Bravo… not only his but his brother s too..

It was reported that his brother belongs to the few that make contributions FROM lanka towrads astronatic Engineering or similar ?

The complainant in terms of the alleged handling deliberately carried out regarding the exam of Namal keeping him on a special room – sit in switzerland taking refuge there should be returned to the country enabling him citizen rights as a srialnken… that can open the eyes of many in and out that the current regime is really doing their job towards the justice. THis and other issues – like the one one SLFP MP to have personally contacted JOURNIST Ekanaligoda went missing in the country with the knowledge of Rajapakshe underground net work – should be investigated ASAP. Those kids of Eknaligoda togethe with their mother should have gone all torments since then – even to play with them not considering their human rights in that way – giving the hope that EKNALIGODA to be living in in Beligium or France ….. all these are really under all ethical and moral levels, but real agendas of cold blooded Rajapaksehs to keep silent the masses. That fernando from Chilaw should be brought before the people to correct his statements sooner than later.

The Study Board of the Jayawardenapura University,

“The Study Board of the Jayawardenapura University has requested the Post Graduate Faculty to submit an explanation on the dubious procedure that was followed, which deemed Rajapaksa ‘prince’ Namal eligible to follow the university’s PhD program.”

Is this the reason why you want 6% to be spent for education? To get the dummies of the politicians Ph.D. degrees? You are better off awarding CRC Degrees, Crooks, Robbers and Criminal Degrees.

How Namal Rajapaksa, he get his Law Degree? Cheating? https://www.colombotelegraph.com/index.php/namal-rajapaksas-law-exam-cheating-case-goes-to-geneva/ http://www.bbc.co.uk/sinhala/news/story/2011/01/110109_law_college.shtml

Please lay out the Requirements and procedures to be followed by rspective Candidates who wants to follow the Masters and Ph.D. Programs. Every candidate who is qualified and completing the program should be given the opportunity.

However, thus is about a dubious candidate who is the scion of a Corrupt Family Dynasty, who is supposed to have cheated in his Law College examinations.
Now that the Master Crooks, Robbers and criminals are out oh power, and the White Vans are “parked”, we expect you to follow the procedures to be followed by the prospective Candidates.

Not that I care about Namal and these University crooks, only trying to help you understand the system better. …
That first CT link does not describe how Namal got his LLB degree. He claims to have a Law Degree (LLB) from London University. This link is about him cheating in his Attorney exam in the Law College, Colombo. It is not a degree. But on a serious note, he does not have a degree from the University of London.

Second one is the PhD requirements in different universities..It varies from country to country and university to university.
For example you can do a PhD in the UK, even if you do not have a degree at all, but have money to spend.

according to reports , even though Namal got enrolled for his first degree he couldn’t finish it (as similar to the other fake character sajith ), hence he returned back to SL to engage in full time politics.

Anyone can contact the London University and for the Graduation Date of Namal Rajapaksa.

They will wither confirm or deny that Namal Rajapaksa graduated.

I suspect, he is lying like his father Mahinda Rajapaksa.

        Namal Rajapaksa,

Here is what the Ph.D. Program at MIT, Massachusetts institute of Technology, Sloan School of Business Requires. Take a shot at it. 90% of the Applicants are not selected. Do not worry about money. Your father have stashed away enough money for hundreds of generations of Medamulana Rajapaksas.

By the way, did you earn a degree, LLB, from the University of London?

        http://mitsloan.mit.edu/phd/admissions/

        Admissions
The goal of MIT Sloan’s PhD Program is to select a small number of people who are most likely to successfully complete our rigorous and demanding program — and ultimately achieve a PhD. The admission selection process is highly competitive; only 15-20 students are admitted from a pool of several hundred applicants.

I have known most of the academic who involved this episode personnel. As per as their personnel quality, they may have stage this dram by inviting Namal to do a PHD with them. They might have dreamed what they can gain after helping to the president’s son to do a PHD. I wonder that the person called Jayasundhara got a PHD or NOT. one time he come to do a PHD in Australia and returned in three months. There was a case against him about the money he got from University for that PHD program.

Please note they all are crook. Sometime the innocent part is the party you are blaming. We all know, there are some people who ready to wash even back side of others if they can gain some thing. Some time Namal may not have even a motive, but these two guys (so called professors) may have encouraged to do him a PhD. Even they have assured him about the researching and completing the dissertation. Please try to research that side too.

Professorships are higher teaching positions. They should have higher achievements but among them the way they brought up will still keep them their person unchanged. Meaning, they may involve in all kind frauds regardless of their status. This is though common to entire world, the culture that MR regmie introduced to the people during the recent years were like panina ralawata inimaga alluwa ha samanai (I dont know the version in Englihs, but it s a common parlance that some are just ready to support regardless of the impact of the event).
So, it is common them while living in srilanka to involve in the above kind of abuses. THis is what MY3 explained the first of his office, that there are almost none that have not supported illegal or abusive culture of the country – so it is pointless to search for ones that re fully away from abuses. Else, the state has to import academics and high skilled workers at least for the moment. Situation is actually like a hell. Each time when visiting the country, I myself felt, why the many even in middle class stay mum while looking at happening anything infront of their doors. Answer was far from achieving… until lately… now we see it right – the level of corruption and not bound to law and order systems have achieved beyond all margins. Until the authority will do their job properly everything will stay not much changed.. it can take some more time, if they make bring almost proper mechanims into real tracks. We need at least to set the time frame another 3 or 6 months. s

          Hi dear,

if somebody trying to fool that all fault with MR, it is utter lie. All the politicians including UNPers are/were culprit. They were good with manipulating the system. Misusing the system is institutionalised by JR specially university sector. He was the idiot who appointed assitant lecturer (Karunasena Kodithuwakku – who was the UNP youth camp leader and Ranils best man those days) as the competent authority of the SJP. Karunasena used his capacity to appoint his croonies to the university positions. I know that, because i was doing my undergrad those days.He even got intervene in appointing academics who mainly with the UNP list. Unfortunately, our guys have very sort memory.

As you mentioned, i agree with you, Sri Lankan graduate have relatively lower level of common sense. There are number of reasons for that,
First, they are struggling to get more than one qualifications and spend no time for the other activities, Second, most student believe only higher degree not the other things, third JVP destructive politics, Fourth, from the grade 3 of their school, most of these kids have not time to do any thing other than tuition. If somebody realy want to upgrade the education system should address all these

you all comment like borne yesterday. All bad things started from MR. It was a perfect world before. If you need to see and correct things, you need to see correctly. I dont know most of you guys were during the past 40-30 years. I am sorry about all of you.

Considering all these, Srilanken Univeristies should not be allowed to offer any kind of DOCTORAL LEVELS courses. At least for some years, lanken authorities should be screened whether they maintain to be eligible for PhD students to compelte their dissertations.

      Great revealations – thanks CT.

So where is the problem. Prof. Jayasunadara and the good doctor Karunarante… may more likely be not second to most known Dayan Jayathilaka type have to bring their kind of explanations as to why they both allowed this kind of unique steps just because the applicant Namal Baby was the son of most corrupted president in all times.

Is that because even these higher educated Personnels do the job of the rural folks with IQ 79 still go on kissing and licking Rajapakshes ? This kind of behvaours are really far from understanding. We never had this cultre infected to lanken education, but the criminals have let that happening. This is a very dangerous situation for the entire Uni EDUCATION of the island nation.

This is the brief resume of this Jayasundara,

        Prof. M.W. Jayasundara
Head, Department of Sociology and Anthropology
        B.A. Hons. (U.S.J.), M.A. (Simon Fraser) Canada
Area of specialty: Research Methods, Crime Prevention and Control, Criminological Theories and Correction

My main argument is Namal didn’t have any plan to do a PHD. These two crook (I know them personally) set him to this trap.

what matters is not just one single political appointment. But MR regime has no such selection criteria be it in Higher Education or External affairs. Latter has brought the entire structure totally upset. That is what I think Leelawathie and other have pointed out above. And the fact that total system change can NOT be made since the educational reforms be it in SL or Germany take longer in general. Culprits have made it worse within the last few years than any other times before That is what I feel here. Just total ignorance to the areas where it really needed to take necessary steps without putting them off had been totally neglected while investing only road and high way constructions. Funds had not been allocated enough to develop university and education as a whole – that was the reason why Dr Dewasiri et al marched months long in order to get the authorities drawn their attention. Th eman who had been the minister of h education was a crook of all times that did not pulse the ground reality. He should be hung to have attacked the students in that way.

Even 10 year old would see it right today… not noly Namal Baby his brothers credentials should be examined by a special group of investigators to see the ground reality of the issues. I think, from day Day 1 – these buggers moved in wrong directions.

That was actually an error. The IQ Level URL was already in the memory of my computer, and I thought it was the URL for an earlier post to Namal Rajapaksa on the equations. That is why I reposted the correct link.

It was not an offence to Chemists, Biologists or Physicists, and the vast majority of them have IQs well above Namal Rajapaksa, having takes the Advanced Level in Science.

I do not want to jump into conclusions in a hurry. Scanned copies of some minutes are available but minutes of what and the date is not clear further more these minutes need be signed and that too is missing.

All what they reveal is that Mr. LNR who has an LLB from London was refused to register for the LLM because he was not qualified and to register for the Qualifying exam with effect from 2010.01.01. Secondly, Not only LNR but for three others there is an elevation of course of study upon the candidates performing at a given seminar.

The basis if these decisions are not clear. What we need to establish is that whether political considerations influenced in making wrong decisions and that would require a very high standard of proof for the same and if wrong decisions were taken, who was responsible for the same.

On the surface it looks as if something has gone wrong but in the name of good governance all the requisite evidence need be collected.

I don’t want to be too hard on the young man or his infamous family – now under scrutiny by the public. Our struggling free press has to be thanked for this. No less those critical journalists who are still alive with their life and limbs intact. But I join others who have thrown a challenge to Namal to come to any well known public place in Colombo to make a brief 15-20 minute speech on the State of the country (or any other subject)- without the benefit of a script at reading. Since there is talk of his having done an LLB in the UK, let the talk be in English.

He may talk the talk, but he cant walk the walk nor walk the talk…… His command of English sucks, sadly enough he has attended a Uni in England… He can only read via a script and will struggle to speak in English in front of an audience. If he is to take up the challenge DO NOT tell him on what topic he has to talk, but let him k know of it just a minute b4 he speaks. I bet he would pee in his pants or even poop in his pants…

Do Sri Lankan universities deserve 6% increase for research and teaching? Probably NO! Because, the main administrators in some of the universities are not really legitimate VCs or DVCs or Registrars. When MARA came to power all these bunch of poor class VCs and DVCs are sold out for shameful promotions to become foreign ambassadors, councilors, ministry secretaries and government agencies directors. Look at Colombo and Peradeniya Universities, some of our former senior grade I lecturers are promoted to professors (without proper qualification), and then promoted to VCs, and ambassadors during MARA’s time. These are really cheap people (not trained academics) and would sell including their wives and mothers for cheap promotion. These so call cheap professors are the policy advisers, economic advisers, environmental management consultant, and financial counselor to MoDa Prince Namal, gone astray Gota, Thief Gabral, Moda Mavin, Bad mouth Wimal, Pachaya Polgammangpila, and most importantly worst MARA. If these cheap professors are in J’Pura, CMB, and Pera making decision on such low class PhD to political motivated people I don’t think these institutions diverse 6% increase. Period! Most of the poor quality professors went to abroad to pursue their PhDs and they really do know how PhD entrance works in those institutions. Why can’t they practice in Sri Lanka? Because it is very simple, during corrupted leader’s administration all they wanted to make wealth. Including the corrupted leader and all these low class academics give Fuck to the country and give priority to his/her promotion first rest can go to DOGS. Embarrassment on your administration – Jpura, Colombo, Peradeniya, Moratuwa, Matara, Jaffna, and Batticaloa. Finally, see the former foreign minister GL, he was one the MOST SOLD OUT professors in the UNIVERSE and from Colombo University. SHAME! For academics

If you do not know the history of Sri Lankan university, it is not MR, but JR started appointing political crooks to universities by naming Karunasena Kodithuwakku (he was a assistant lecturer when the appointment) as the competent authority to the university of Sri Jaywardenepura. Herein after, most VC appointment were political appointment. Now you all suggesting, all bad things started by MR. It is the biggest lie coming from UNP croonies.

        Lalith,

you may be right. But MR s regime regardless of Uni dons or others, he deliberately allowed all kind of candidates with no credentials to be the bosses or any incharge ones of various insititutions. It was he among the other presidents who did the unthinkable becoming agoneous to this date. There MR cant escape. You guys have to speak that out at least today. We need to build up more forces to clean the all illful procedures they the bunch have introduced to the country. So long people would have no guts to call a spade a spade – nothing will change even if govt has all energies to do so…. since it will be like talking to the deaf and blind. More of awareness programmes should be there in all levels for all walks of people but giving the priority to those masses – that let manipualted easily. This is a global and common thing for many in developing countries. See if you would talk to the cross section of colombo and other cities, almost signifcant masses would share their clear visions against Rajapakshe cutlure while they deny to say that MR should be respected only becuse of his terms foudn end to the terror war… Most of the people are not used to think broadly… I have got on with lanken graduates, and compared it with those of Europe. Most of the graduates are highly knowwledgble in their theories so that they could get through those exams but their general knoweldge is far from those of the average people in Europe. I dont want lanken to become Eruopeans but a nation blessed with over 91-92% literacy rate should have sound knwoweldge about what is going on in the country in general. I belive we need more sociolisgsts and psychologists and the like professionals to work with lanken uni dons if paradigm shift to be made regarding lanken Univesities.

          Hi dear,

if somebody trying to fool that all fault with MR, it is utter lie.

Some of your points may be right. But be it in SL or anywhere they are branded as developoing or even in some developed world have considerable anomalies in their educational systems. In Germany they took a decade to make tangible change in their Uni education. Earlier they called it Diplom which is sometimes comparable to first and second degrees together or little less to the value of that depending on the studying fileds. Even today they are not satisfied with some areas which failed to the restructuring. Average age of the studis complete their degrees at local Uni s in germany are 28-30years even if they are not subject to a doctoral dissertation while those numbers in the UK or and English speaking world is held under 25. This has nothing to do with wrong lectuerers being appointed to the Uni or the corruption which is absolutely not easy to occur within the restrict law and order systems prevailing in Germany as a whole. But it takes long and long if such reformes to be fully implemented so that you can call it as yes we have reformed it. If administration flawed once, the impact of the failure will bear the next generation. That is why we need to be very catious in today ‘s reforms being introduced to lanken systems. Those who impatiently shout at ruling coalition should think twice about what they are saying. EP is not an easy thing to make within weeks. After all people in the island are not ready to make clear distinction between good and bad yet today. From what we get to see in lanken electronic and press media, we see it clearly, they the average folks behave mostly as if they have no brains or have been misguided by some fractions in the society. I mean if Wimal Weerawansa and his scare mongering can easily take ground in this country, even today, what else we need to talk about the futre. First of all we need to inform the people pouring them with facts and figures of anything occuring in and oout of the country in terms of island naton. That is their basic human rights.

Earlier days, people like Wimal Buruwanse were not seen in ruling politics. How come people to support him rise up is the greater question I raise having heard all these actually. Those men are comparable to the weeds in a vegetation – since their sinhala terms polarise the gulliable masses who would do anything for cheap agenda. Those in NFF to go on protests today even before the investigating issue in terms of ALLEGED CB issue is like day light work against any forces that stand against corruption and high profile abuses. Some of their slogans say ” not to touch Gota” – latter says everything aobut how vulgar the society is fallen to this day.

The Jayawardenapura University must aim at reach a better rank in the list if universities in the world and all their actions must be according to these needs.

If special consideration is granted to people like Namal Rajapkse to do PhD programme when he is not qualified to do so, just because he is the son of the President, the persons responsible for these illegal actions are only contributing to down grading the university. They should verify, the first degree, supposed to be LLB from a u.k.university and also the, Attorney at Law examination from the Law College, if this is applicable.

The university board must take the persons responsible to task for stooging to this kind of action.

It is comical indeed to see the pseudo academia like the Hirumburegamas, Vc J’pura, head of criminology etc, being bought by the maha-raja/hora for mutual benefit. They get promotions, Presidential grants etc as long as maha-hora’s other Hora ‘ s are looked after. I.e. licking each others back(sides)

It appears though the first qualification for a head or dean of Criminology is to be a criminal himself! It is known to ‘set a thief to catch a thief’ ¡¡
Isn’t it criminal to submit false certificates/docs to a board go study by the Dean or head of department for approval? Should the academic staff be prosecuted and dismissed? Someone to write another’s paper or thesis itself is criminal! Should the principal of law college go to jail??
Unfortunately the Yahapalanaya appears to turn a blind eye to these aspects concentrating only on the rival politicians only.

Please Ranil, you are messing/f’ing things up! With your your Royalist ideas and nepotism you are appointing scum dogs to positions without removing the obvious crooks of yesteryear! Obviously pro Yahapalanaya guys are sacked! Most appointments that got fuc.ed up were your appointments! Wijewardena, Rajiv, Arjuna Mahendran, chairman NSF Mohammed iqbal ….. were obviously your appointments!

When some member/s of the Board of Study in the particular subject (?criminology)requested for the candidate’s basic degree (LLB)certification and credentials the concerned Head and the Vice Chancellor should have accepted this genuine request particularly for a candidate with “high profile connections”. The normal procedure would have been to ask for the transcripts of his performance in the whole degree program from the concerned university. Usually such information is obtained within a few days to two weeks. Such efforts are necessary to decide when a student from a foreign university apply for post graduate studies to assess his or her capacity to go for a Doctoral program.
Once the entry qualification and duration of training (UGC- Sri Lanka requirement) are in order, after passing a qualifying examination ( if required by UGC) the candidate should submit a proposal which is assessed by two experts in the subject. The Board of Study which consists of subject experts can make a decision again on the capacity of the candidate and feasibility of the study. In most instances they are accepted for a Master’s degree, and after a period of supervised work based on the interim report and the potential of the work to generate NEW knowledge, the candidate’s registration upgraded to PhD program.
In this case the authenticity of certification, duration of the basic degree program, specially arranged qualifying examination etc. raises concern in a National University. Even if the candidate is at fault the Senate, and the Vice Chancellor as the academic head should take responsibility for the devious procedure adopted.
We should be happy that the Board of Study is currently in a position to raise questions so that the genuine PhD candidates from this university can gain respect from our society and beyond.

This fake lawyer should have been disbarred from law practice as soon as information about his cheating at the final law exam was exposed. He was allowed to practice and now we hear that he had claimed to have an LLB from London university when he applied for a Masters degree/PhD. What on earth is the bar association and the attorney general’s department doing not taking this fake lawyer to task. He should have been struck off and prosecuted long time ago.

please some one check out the LLB register and see if the name is there?
By the way there is another qualified lawyer with the same name contested the Presidential election. We should not confuse the two identical names.

I concur. The guy whom you are referring to is a LAWYER by profession, while this bugger Namal is only a synthetic “lowyer” without any basic educational qualifications. Like father like son!

First of all Colombo University PHd is all about having bit of Contacts. There are candidate still struggling to pass the PHd thesis because the Board of Examiners fail them purposely. There are occasions there some World Bank grants, WHO grants and Overseas Scholarships are given for influential Candidate where there parents are Doctors and Professors etc.

Namals Case- First of all be did his LLB in University of Wales. Its not a London LLB. So questions needs to be asked whether he has done the LLB Wales at a London College or in Wales itself. Does not matter as long as the Degree has been done and given under the England and Wales Higher Education. We all need to remember prior to 2005 England had so many dodgy school where you could buy any Degree , and in 2010 they were hunted and closed by the current Cameron government. There were occasions prior to 2005 An American Degree was offered in London and nobody knew whether they had the same University in America. Some Sri Lankan students went to London to study an American Degree. In England normally there is a semester based system regardless you do a degree in an Uni or College. Colleges have a flexible system if the College is dodgy. During Namals time we all saw how he was actively involved in his fathers Election from 2005 where he set up his Nil Balakaya, Thrunyt hetak etc and often seen him in Sri Lanka and not in England. When you follow a term in College or University an international student needs to follow a time table and time off is not possible where more than 80% attendance needs to be fulfilled and a Law degree requires lot of work and reading. Therefore we all know when he is in SL actively involved in Politics and election propaganda work there was no possibility that anybody could follow a legitimate Law Degree in an England University?

University of Wales is the Oldest University in England and based in Cardiff. Its standard are best. Its easy to get a Fake dodgy degree from England prior to 2006 or 2007.

One politics who had Two fake degrees were Olitha premathilaka once became an MP from UNP, where boasted that he had a Law degree and n Engineering Degree. But his own Almar mater De Mazonad College produced his A/L results where he has obtained 4 F ( Fail ) passes. In 2004 UK Government closed 500-700 Colleges considered to be Visa colleges. Again in 2010 again they closed 1000 colleges and made tougher Immigration laws and prevented Colleges obtaining licences to operate Degrees.

In UK there is no need to do Masters to start a PHd. Most of the Degree programs are 4 years Full time research Degrees where it fulfilled the MA/MSc standards. In USA there is no need to do a Masters to start a PHd. in Australia if you score a good first degree then you can have an Associate PHd pathway. Sri Lankan system is different.

We need to then question the PHd obtained by Priyanth Bandu who was the Chairman of Ports Authority. He has a B Eng from Moratuwa but his PHd has questions where its London office is closed now. There are occasions some Pilots who joined Sri Lankan Airlines who did not have A/L in Sri Lanka but had flying hours have obtained fake Online Degrees and it was granted by University Grant Commission of Colombo. So to prevent these malpractices University Grant Commission has to be strengthen and good quality people should be recruited to prevent fraud.

Why waste lot of space on this donkey – it should not be a big deal to chk the authenticity of his LLB and if his LLB is a bogus one first punish the guys who helped NR to obtain this bogus qualification and punish this bugger for cheating courts by appearing in courts as a lawyer when really he is a bogus lawyer

This information has been well circulated among the young voters and discussed through “face book” and other social media. What a shame for the whole Rajapaksas and the “Professional Crooks” who make a living out of our higher education institutions. What is the use of all those BAs;MAs,PHDs these “Professionals” hold to their credit, if they do not posses at least “shame” and “fear” (Lajjah & Baya) to commit these types of “Crimes”? Shame on you “BASTARDS”.

Universities are not totally a fool proof system in Srilanka specially after the top currupt MRr came to power. MR for his credit dirtied and polluted some of the institutions such as UGC with a shameless and totally inferior Chair person of our days and the Uni. of Colombo, Peradeniya, SE Uni. And Eastern universities with the most low grade so called academics as the Vice Chancellors, just for political motives and objectives with his henchmen SB. Dissa. So what do you guys expect only from the Kelaniya Uni. to do, for this idiot NM’s application for Ph.D.

Let us keep this idiot informed that if he is so keen in getting him self called A Dr. In ‘IDIOTOLOGY’ some Indian fraudulent business guys do arrange Doctoral degrees and sell it for SL Rs. 25,000/, and confer the degree at Tower Hall. Some business men are popularly given this degree for this price. So let this bugger go for this. Under the new regime he is not going to meet his greed under no circumstances. Unfortunately for his conversation his murduerer appachchi alias minimaruvo alias mangkollakarayo alias greeze devil and murderer poddi malli yasi yakka may have to be temporarily released from the prison from their life sentence.
