No Confidence Motion Against MR Passed Again Amid Severe Interruptions

The No Confidence Motion against Mahinda Rajapaksa and the cabinet was passed for the second time amidst severe disruptions by UPFA MPs, a short while ago.

The UPFA MPs staged a protest in the House without allowing the daily proceedings to take place. UPFA MP Arundika Fernando took over the Speaker’s Chair and prevented Speaker from conducting a vote by name.

At that point, the Speaker conducted a voice vote, without the first clause of the No Confidence Motion against Rajapaksa moved by JVP two-days ago. Today it was again moved by the JVP. The Speaker was shielded by a large number of Police officers who entered into the House.

The Speaker conducted the proceedings standing in the aisle, surrounded by a chain of officers guarding him and the mace.

All MPs representing the UNP, the JVP and the TNA voted in favour of the No Confidence Motion while no one officially opposed it. The UPFA did not engage in the entire process and kept protesting.

Please note that the No Confidence Motion (NCM) against MR was passed(??) again by a voice vote amid severe interruptions. MS wanted a vote by name.

Where are the usual racist Mahinda’s b***s carriers?
When the going got tough they were in hiding.
These were the kind of armchair generals who sent the stupid village boys to fight and die for them so that they could appropriate the glory.

Where is Douglas the most righteous man who never attempt to answer my simple questions?

Lal the liar will come with another story, Sampanthans LTTE thugs attacked Dr Mahinda in the parliament.

They are not alone. You ‘Sun God’ aka Pol Pot of Sri Lanka also did the same thing. He was worse than the ‘armchair generals’ because that guy sent even poor children from low caste families to fight to appropriate glory.

Thanks for recouping what your brethren VP the psychopath did or did not do. Since you are selective in your reading and committing them to your memory you tend to avoid what I had written in the past. Please stop telling me what I have known many years.
How do you measure the quality of ‘armchair generals’ and compare them with others. Have you got a set of criteria?

“He was worse than the ‘armchair generals’ because that guy sent even poor children from low caste families to fight to appropriate glory.”

I take it that Sri Lankan Armed forces recruited only those who came from Sinhala/buddhist higher caste. Probably it is a Brahmin/Kshatriya Aryan Army led by Bishma, Dhrona, ………………….

” Sri Lankan Armed Forces never check the caste of a person when recruiting to Forces. “

We understand that from the incident of the Rapist Army was returned from Mali. Purely Racially selected and built Sinhala Buddhist Rapist Army doesn’t check the important matters and let the commander to return from UN. Then how do you expect them to check the caste. Only major qualification the commanders look for is if the applicant has beautiful family members and already a pot of gold. Do you remember hoe the Rapist Army recruited Tamil girls from Kilinochchi? Do you remember how did we recruited JVP girls for represent them in the courts? Do you remember what kind of remittances we asked from those girls? Maybe it is still too early for you to concede and accepts. You may still miss to recognize, where your smartness had brought you down, by the events taking place in the Parliament. But you will not miss it soon. When the Lankawe Slobodan Milosevic is sent out to Hague, you will. Don’t celebrate too much now. Keep something reserved for that day too.

    This is for Sinhalese
When you are going to elect members of parliament…..please think about their academic qualification and criminal records.
Most of them are now not educated and not disciplined.
They have disclosed clearly about their nature today in the parliament.

Why does Seilanka’s Kaundamani – Senthil constitution has no clauses to strip
one’s membership to parliament even when he/she switch membership to a
party that didn’t contest a parliamentary election ? Somebody from Kurunegala
district must go to courts ! These are the kind of M Ps who are promising a future
for those who want such help ! What is the difference between the people
smugglers promising future in Australia or Canada and these M Ps promising a
better Srilanka for Chinese Yuan or Dollar ? Can anyone imagine they will behave
like this if they had the right numbers ? This time Jonston met his real match ,
Thewarapperuma ! Even Hirunika was among the crowd to protect the speaker
from the gangsters turned politicians ! Bravo Hiruni !

I think in modern times, if this is the way some of the people want abuse the mandate given by the people and the whole world not just Sri Lanka knows it,today the speaker’s seat was hijacked and some UPFA MPS claim The Speaker was not present, are these group of men and the two women present really trying to send a message of fear and threat to the people,????

In. This case have a virtual Parliment and call for votes by name on. TV and let the President endorse it and there on use his executive power and use the Tri Forces to implement it.

What is clearly seen here is they are telling the people, if we can do this inside the Parliament being a minority number to the majority of the members and to the Uniformed unarmed police ., we can do whatever we want with the use of the Arms outside , the threat, the assault on. THE Speaker and other elected members is a direct assault on. The people.

We are now being told indirectly they will fill the ballot themselves with the bullets and we the people are slaves, we are supposed to continue to do what you are doing right now, that is shut up.
we do want you to be be seen so don’t stand up., we don’t want you to be heard, so shut up .

Simple soon they will takeover and declare a rule of their own whether we like it or not, but what about the safety of The president?

He needs to decide, his family needs to. Give him the right advice..

You can’t hold elections while the spc is not free

Joke -1 (Foul Play): It was 2020. The Law of the Jungle was prevailing in the country. Everyone had to look after the safety and security of oneself and one’s family
    .
In a small village in Polonnaruwa area, the body of a murdered man, suspected to be an SLFPer, had been found. Fearing retaliation, the UNP community gathered in the village temple to plan whatever defensive actions that were possible under the circumstances.
    .
Just as the emergency meeting was being called to order, in ran the local leader of the UNP, out of breath and all excited. “Ladies and Gentlemen” he cried out, “I have wonderful news! The murdered man is a UNPer!”

      E.R,
You are wrong! The man, a former Gramasevaka and the only SLFP member, was found six feet down. A post-mortem revealed that the skull was empty.

Why not think of another aspect of this problem. If MY3 did not do this, the “Medamulana Clan” would have had a field day and this country would have become another “Serfdom” with the 2/3rd majority seats in a Parliament. You put the “BAIT” at the most opportune time and we were able to catch the most “DEADLY KILLER WHALE” . You can watch the scenes in the Parliament from the comforts of your home and have a ” Hearty Laugh” in seeing how that “KELA MOLA” seated in his “Fake Throne”; but in real “Burning Bond Fire” that you awarded to him surrounded by the “Kevattayas” while the rest of the “Pandamas” are doing the “Exit Dance”. Yesterday, I watched one of his (MR) astrologers saying that with the “Planetary Change” “SATURN” (SENAHURA), this “Maha Raja” fell a “PREY” to the greatest “TRAP” set up by the “OUTGOING” “KUMBANDAYA” the President. The PEOPLE have now taken a “Second Look” at this “Maha Raja & CO. Inc” and things are due to take a “Different Turn” and looks good for the country. I offer a “BIG THANK YOU” to Mr. President – MY3. That is only a DEPARTING Thank You.

It is unfortunate these politicians cannot take NO for an answer, and that they are too thick skinned to get the loud message. They are so desperate for power, and are bulldozing their agenda over our constitution. Disgusting lot. They are embarrassing all Sri Lankans, with this pathetic behavior.

How the Wildlife Sanctuaries are maintained? I don’t know. But it has to be in a forest area, should not be in Capital city.
JR’s 1983, 19777 Pogroms have crept into the Parliament with the name of faulty EP Constitution. It has been in action for last 20 days. The mad man N. M. Perera envisaged has come in reality. By now NMP’s coffin might be crying “I told you so, I told you so!”
Thilum Amunugama and Vijitha hearth were attacked in that Soorasamharam (That is how Mano Ganesan called in 13th, Tuesday, the Hindu festival Day of Soorasamharam). Police took the punches thrown at Speaker Karu and protected him. He was the one readily agreed with New King to give PM seat for Old King somewhere in October. That is mainly because Ranil and Karu wanted to honor their war hero. Though Ranil is yet to turn around, Karu, for past few days, is struggling to bring back order to the House. In fact, he already had done more than his fair share in this to save democracy. Now it looks like saved & there is no way it can return.
This time Old King and the cabals are in the losing side. We don’t know to fix the end date of the final episode. But all’s expectation is it will end soon. They need to give it up right away. More it gets dragged then more Ranil will surge in the polls. If he follows a Modaya Strategy, he will bite sand this time and it will be permanent. So far none of Old King election strategies had really any imaginative or powerful appeals, but explosive, naked racism is the one has been bringing him victories.

Sumanthiran has said he will be going to Court again.
Here, New King asked from minority parties to give up the 1st clause in the 1st NCM and represent it. One of the elements in that clause was declaring Null and Void of appointing Old King as PM. This may have encountered problems if it were taken to court at that time. Because The Constitution is giving unlimited authority to EP appoint any one to be a PM. When that door is fully that open and without knowing which way the defense would be coming, Anura kumara, Sumanthiran, Hakeem, Rishard and Mano Ganesan didn’t wanted to challenge that in the court. Rather they challenged the parliament dissolvent. They elected to challenge Old Royals inside the parliament on his appointment. Their strategy worked and the NCM passed accepting that clause. But it was rejected by New King. We don’t know if the rejected resolution can be enforced with 2/3. But The Minority Parties leaders went for a compromise and removed that clause and repassed that NCM. EP again rejected. Now Sumanthiran appears to be seeing a clear advantage in legal proceeding as they claim it was rejected by EP third time. Here the point is the changes EP asked is done. That was a negotiated arrangement. So he has to accept it. But through backdoor, he is again bringing back Ranil’s issue. He says he cannot appoint Ranil as PM. We need to see about this Monday again. Probably EP wants to drag this until the Dec 7th. Then he will be able to dissolve the parliament. If he plans like that it will be really dangerous to everybody.

President Sirisena is a national disgrace. He has become a laughing stock in the eyes of the public as well as the international community. Sirisena should take responsibility for the present turmoil and chaos. It is he who clandestinely appointed Mahinda Rajapaksa as Prime Minister without taking into account whether he has majority support in the parliament or not. There is no evidence Ranil has lost his majority in the parliament. In fact, the vote taken on the 13th and 16th of November shows Ranil has the support around 122 MPs out of 225. However, the President is adamant that he will not appoint Ranil as Prime Minister despite the vote in parliamentary. This is arrogance on the part of the president. Does the constitution allow him to pick and choose the Prime Minister?

Mr Sirisena, please let the country be as it was prior to 26th october 2018. Please rewind and forget the nightmare for the last couple of weeks. Please wake up. If you do not want Ranil.W, call Mr Sajith Premadasa to form the NEW GOVERNMENT.

The proof of the pudding is in the eating, they say.

When Rathupuswela shooting happened, many Sinhalese realised that the claim of ‘zero casualties’ in the humanitarian war in the North was a lie. If the then government can order the armed forces to shoot red-blooded Sinhala villagers who were only asking for water, it is not hard to imagine what the same government would have done to ‘Para’ Tamils who were asking for Tamil Eelam.

For those who were not convinced then, here comes a clearer proof. If the clan and their supporters can attack and injure uniformed Sinhalese police personal like this inside the august assembly, in full view of cameras and foreign delegations in the heart of the capital, how could they have treated a bunch of Tamils in Mullivaikkal cut off from the rest of the world? Very nicely, they claim, or if any nastiness took place it wasn’t their fault, they were provoked. Just like they insist now that Friday’s incidence in the parliament wasn’t their fault.

The worst kind of fool is a fool who fools himself. If people still believed that the clan has any shred of decency or will treat anyone fairly, they are the worst kind of fools. And usually fools suffer for their own actions. It will not be Tamils, who have either migrated or have financial support from overseas, or Muslims, who have support from middle east, but rural Sinhalese with no overseas financial support who will suffer the most if the clan even comes back to power.
