What is with Buruwanse `brother ? Still remanded ?

Why the cases filed against Buruwanse take that long ? Why this rabbel rouser stay scot free yet ?

We need to bring laws against any rabbel rousers in the war torn countries. The kind of laws are in action in Germany and any other countries that fated brutal wars. Knowing the gravity of brutalities twisted the healthy mindsts of the masses, usage of some racial terms are punishable acts in germany even today.

That can be the case in the US and South africa too, but not yet in Srilnaka, becaes lanken law makers and law professionals still have to wake up from their long slumber.

Let s say, if we had adminstration being applied in the society, do you ever think a man SUCH as Wimal Weerawanse with his education/or abusive background would ever have been allowed to become what he is today.

Even yesterday I happened to watch videos ciculating in YOUTUBE the way this abusive man worded against the incumbent president – the first citizen of the nation. May be we have differences with leaders, but he is the elected president, he earns some degree of respect. This man Wimal W man and the like men in the society, have always behaved bringing all parties apart. I know from my childhood days, we had the kind of men in Galle – and our parents never allowed me to get on with them. Since these men coming from poor backgrounds had always something to go against the other. It is the poverty and family backgrounds made them to be that violent from the day one. We played ELLE sometimes in deserted paddy fields, there i got to know some joined us but with a face not being able to get on with average ones. They always felt them being neglected. Even at schools, I met the kind of men such as Wimal – who always thought that Western powers have no other things to do but to go after poor countries and harm them. Colonial masters according to them sucked our countries. Any healthy person could see it today, had the colonial maasters been away from our countries, we the folks would have been living like ETHIOPIANS. Go to african coutnries and see it – it took us that long to build highways, we are far behind when comparing other folks inthe regions – in terms of law and order issues. Calling us be that able folks – we have failed yet to introduce to manage our own garbage yet. We point the finger at India, Pakistan and Philinpines or the like countries, but it is reported lately that Galle town is stinking today, not having proper mechanisms in control of garabages of the city. Tourists keep compaling but nothign seem to be working towards finding sustainable mechanisms of our own. Indonisia, Vietnam and other countries make every effort to protect their urban cities but ours to fall even deeper day to another is not understandable

My imagination is if our country /folks would have been ruled by Europeans even today, in a lawful society, how would they behave with the laws and the manner they have to go through. Regardless of the status everyone is subjected to fine necessary to pay if they would park wrongly… is that the case in the country for all ?Never… why some high criminals be away from being arrested to this date ? … if we have proper laws in action ?

Like if we have laws in action as the case for Germans or Singaporeans- who would go against the law ? Nobody. Peoples liberties given to them unnecessarily have abused the society by every means.

Ranil must leave his position and let Karu be the PM and SF be the minister of Defence and Justice. the country is in need of a man with a backbone or expect another peaceful revolt.
