Dishonest judgement by MR Goons. I was present during arguments. None of the arguments of Mr. Sumanthiran or Mr. Weliamuna (on Rule of Law AND Independence of Judiciary) were even dealt with. These justice beggars will also get from the same spoon!!!

This is a just joke I am magistrate in Western Province. My monthly income from illegal garages protection around two million. I ever ever allow any illegal garages to close down I take monthly money from each and every garage operate in my area and in addition that most of these garage owner wives are my mistress. Hoo hooo hoo Where Si Lankan law. Law in my hands Police 119 and PHIs, CEA and Urban councils are on my hands. Sometime I helped them also with my court decisions therefore they never allow garage to close down and I always make sure that 5 residents never get together to close garage. First I advised these garage owner to get letters around these garage by paying money or using thugs. Where law. Not only CJ no one get justice in this country. I know only cancer and Lukamia go up around residents of these garages. Where health authorities?

I totally agreed with this I also faced a same problem. Finally I left country also and now having majestic life in west as a medical specialist with my family moving away from garage protection culture of Magistrates in Sri Lanka.
